疾管署は本日（3月25日）、「近年、インフルエンザ様の流行が沈静化していることから、公費による抗インフルエンザウイルス剤（以下、公費負担薬）の使用条件が「インフルエンザ様の症状がある者、且つ家族・同僚・同級生にインフルエンザ様の症状がある者」に拡大し、その適用期限は2020年（民国114年）3月31日までとなっている。インフルエンザの重篤な合併症と通報された患者や、インフルエンザの高リスクがある慢性疾患を有するインフルエンザ患者（添付資料参照）に限っては公費負担薬の使用が可能である」と発表した。

The recent influenza-like epidemic has slowed down, and the conditions for expanding the use of publicly funded influenza antiviral drugs will end on March 31, 2020.

The CDC announced that the recent influenza-like epidemic has slowed down, and the conditions for the use of publicly funded influenza antiviral drugs (hereinafter referred to as publicly funded drugs) have been expanded to “those who have influenza-like symptoms and family members/colleagues/classmates have influenza-like illness”. The applicable period ends on March 31, 2025 (ROC Year 114). Patients who are notified cases of severe complications of influenza and those with high-risk chronic diseases such as influenza (as shown in the attachment) can still use publicly funded medicines.

疾管署今(3/25)日表示，近期類流感疫情趨緩，公費流感抗病毒藥劑(下稱公費藥劑)擴大使用條件「有類流感症狀，且家人/同事/同班同學有類流感發病者」，適用期限至今(114)年3月31日截止，恢復為流感併發重症通報病例、具流感高風險慢性病之類流感等病人(如附件)，仍可使用公費藥劑。
