疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（10月7日）、「今年（2025年）のインフルエンザワクチン公費接種の第一段階が10月1日から正式に開始された。ワクチン接種開始初日には、インフルエンザワクチン接種数が約26万4000人回となり、2022年以来の初日接種者数としての最高記録となり；COVID-19のワクチン接種数は約8万2,000人回と、昨年同期の約2.1倍に相当しているが、これは、ワクチンの安全性と予防効果に関する科学的専門性に関し国民が既に相当理解していることを示している。最新のワクチン株によるワクチン接種が最良の予防効果をもたらし、感染後の重篤な合併症リスクを軽減できることを理解しているため、人々はワクチン接種に高い意欲を示している。国慶節の連休が近づき、台湾ではまさにインフルエンザの流行期にあり、台湾の観光客に人気の高い日本や韓国といった近隣諸国では、依然としてCOVID-19の感染者数がピークにある。公費ワクチン接種対象者には、積極的にワクチン接種を受け、急いでワクチンを接種し、自身と家族の健康を守るように」としている。
流行監視データによると、第40週（9月28日～10月4日）には、インフルエンザ様疾患による外来および救急外来の受診者数が150,251人回で、前週比13.5%増となっており、最近は増加傾向にあり、インフルエンザは流行期にある；臨床検査データによると、現在、インフルエンザウイルスは地域社会で蔓延している主要な呼吸器病原体であり、A（H3N2）型が最も多く、次いでA（H1N1）型とB型となっているが、我々は流行状況の推移を引き続き監視してゆく。国内のCOVID-19は現在、低水準で増減しており、第40週のCOVID-19救急外来受診者数は1,954人回で、前週比7.5%の減少となったが、現在、優勢な変異株はNB.1.8.1となっている。世界的には、日本におけるCOVID-19が現在高水準で推移しており、韓国でもまたピークを迎えたばかりだが、今後減少傾向に転じると予想されている。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (7th) that on the first day of the flu vaccination campaign, approximately 264,000 influenza vaccinations were administered, the highest first-day number since 2011; Approximately 82,000 COVID-19 vaccinations were administered, approximately 2.1 times the number of the same period last year, which demonstrates a high level of public consensus on the scientific and professional expertise of vaccine safety and protective efficacy.
People understand that vaccination with the latest vaccine strains offers the best protection and reduces the risk of severe complications after infection, therefore highly willing to be vaccinated. With the National Day holiday approaching and influenza epidemics raging in Taiwan, nearby countries popular with Taiwanese tourists, such as Japan and South Korea, are still experiencing peak COVID-19 cases. We urge those eligible for publicly funded vaccinations to actively receive them, gain protection as soon as possible, and safeguard the health of themselves and their families.
According to the latest CDC statistics, influenza-like outpatient and emergency department visits totaled 150,251 in Week 40 (September 28-October 4), a 13.5% increase from the previous week. This trend has been on the rise recently, and the flu is still circulating. Laboratory surveillance data indicates that influenza viruses are the primary respiratory pathogen currently prevalent in the community, with influenza A (H3N2) being the most prevalent, followed by influenza A (H1N1) and influenza B.
The situation remains under observation. Currently, the domestic COVID-19 epidemic is fluctuating at a low point. In Week 40, there were 1,954 COVID-19 outpatient and emergency department visits, a 7.5% decrease from the previous week. The predominant variant in China is currently NB.1.8.1. Regarding the international epidemic situation, Japan’s COVID-19 epidemic is currently fluctuating at a high point, and South Korea has just reached its peak and is expected to return to a downward trend.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(7)日表示，本(114)年度公費流感及新冠疫苗自10月1日起正式開打，開打第1天流感疫苗接種數為約26.4萬人次，創110年度以來首日最高紀錄；新冠疫苗亦接種約8.2萬人次，約為去年同期2.1倍，顯示社會大眾對於疫苗安全性與保護力之科學專業性已有相當共識，理解接種最新疫苗株可獲得最佳保護，降低感染後併發重症風險，而展現高度接種意願。因應國慶連假將至，國內正處流感流行期，國人喜愛旅遊之鄰近國家如日韓等，新冠疫情仍處高點，呼籲符合公費疫苗接種資格民眾踴躍接種，早日獲得保護力，守護自身與家人健康。
依據疾管署最新統計，第40週(9/28-10/4)類流感門急診就診計150,251人次，較前一週上升13.5%，近期呈上升趨勢，且處流感流行期；依實驗室監測資料顯示，目前社區中流行之呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為主，其中以A型H3N2為多，其次為A型H1N1及B型，持續觀察疫情變化。目前國內新冠疫情處低點波動，第40週新冠門急診就診計1,954人次，較前一週下降7.5%，國內目前主流變異株為NB.1.8.1。在國際疫情部分，日本新冠疫情目前處於高點波動，韓國亦呈剛抵疫情高點，將返轉下降趨勢。
