国家疾病预防控制局は 4月10日、2026年3月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。

2025年9月から突然（理由説明なしに）丙の11番にあった手足口病が丙10となり、丙10だったその他感染症が丙11となっていました。9月以後のデータは全て入れ替えましたが、パワポ資料については、早急に順次差し替えてアップしなおしてゆく所存です。

中国国家疾病预防控制局 4月10日発表に基づき、2026年3月度（3月1日～31日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。

中国における 『手足口病』：
6月にピークを迎え、7月は下降、秋口にも小さなピークというのが通常のパターンだったが、コロナゼロ対策の後は大幅に年間発症者数が減りだし、6月の大ピークという表現がそぐわないようになってきている。即、2015年の発症者数は、199万7371例、2016年は244万2138例、2017年192万9550例となった。。

2018年は、235万3310例と、230万例を突破し過去11年のワースト3に。2019年は、191万8830人と200万人を切った。2020年は年初に予想の200万人越えには至らなかったばかりか、761,335例となり、前年比39.7％という驚異的な少なさを示した。これは確実にコロナの影響であろう。

さらに、従来の隔年で200万を前後するというパターンからすると本来増えるはずの2021年だったが、通年のピークは二峰性を示したものの、初夏も秋季も小さいままで終了し、着地は1,354,548人となり異様な低さに。2022年は672,911例とコロナ元年（2020年）を下回る。2023年度は秋の小ピークが訪れず1,673,481例。

2024年は1,051,262例に大幅減。
2025年は秋のピークでやや増えるも1,476,328例（累計ベース）に。

2026年3月度は、2009年以来の単月ベスト4記録となる発症22,484（死亡0）例 に。EV71用のワクチンを世界でいち早く開発・製造した中国では従来のような200万を超すような大波は越えることはもうないのかもしれない。

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Mar.2026” issued on Apr. 10, 2026, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).

“HFMD （Hand – Foot – and – Mouth Disease)” in mainland China:

From March to June is the main peak season in general. In Autumn the number of HFMD （Hand – Foot – and – Mouth Disease) cases will increase every year.
On the other hand, the number of cases are repeating increase and decrease, every one year, but the tendency itself is increasing.

In March 2026, there were 22,484 cases (0 deaths), the 4th-best monthly record since 2009. In China, which was the first in the world to develop and manufacture a vaccine for EV71, it may be that we will never again see waves exceeding 2 million cases like in the past.

but the autumn peak is likely to be small. Could the peak be delayed due to this year’s abnormal weather?

China, the first country in the world to develop and manufacture a vaccine for EV71, is unlikely to see a surge of cases exceeding 2 million like in the past, but the total number of cases is fluctuating every one year.

根据中国国家疾病预防控制局 4月10日公布的数据，可视化了从2008年到现在的「发病人/死亡例变迁」图表。

中国的 『 手足口病 』发病人数 ：

能看出来 每年 3月份 开始 病人数 增加，6月份减少， 在秋天再一次增加的情况。 
从 2012年， 在 一点一点 增加的 情况下， 同时，每隔一年 显示增减，（从总体来 的说）。

2015年病例数为1,997,371例，2016年为2,442,138例，2017年为1,929,550例。2018年，病例数超过230万例，达到2,353,310例，成为过去11年来第三高的年份。

在2019年，病例数降至200万例以下，为1,918,830例。2020年不仅未能超过年初预测的200万例，反而出现了惊人的761,335例，比上一年下降了39.7%。这无疑是新冠疫情的影响。按照以往每隔一年病例数徘徊在200万例左右的模式，

2021年的病例数本应有所增加。然而，尽管全年高峰呈现双峰模式，但初夏和秋季的病例数仍然较低。最终累计病例数为1,354,548例，虽然与预测相符，但仍异常偏低。2022年，病例数预计将为672,911例，低于新冠疫情爆发第一年（2020年）。2023年，预计不会出现秋季小高峰，病例数为1,673,481例。

2024年 ： 1,051,262例。
2025年 ： 1,002,234例（根据速报）。

2026年3月，全球共有22484例病例（0例死亡），这是自2009年以来第四低的记录。。
