国家疾病预防控制局は5月13日、 2026年4月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を 発布した。
中国国家疾病预防控制局5月13日発表に基づき、2026年4月度（4月1日～30日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国における 『狂犬病』 （2026年4月）：
第三のピークだった2007年以後継続的に減少しているが、ペットへの溺愛（口移しでの餌やり等）、予防接種をしていない飼い主などもおり、裕福になった都会での咬傷事件が発生していることには注意が必要。
毎月3桁の患者が出ていた2009年頃に比べると今の2桁、1桁という状況になったことがすごい。2018年は422例となり2019年290例、2020年202例、2021年157例、2022年133例、2023年は131例と確かに減少したが、2024年通年では167例（確報）となぜかリバウンド。2025年はさらに悪化し248例（累計ベース）に。
2026年4月度は良化して2009年以後の単月ベスト6記録となる発症17例、死者はやや良化して2009年来のベスト5記録となる14例（死者14例中8例は当月発症、その他6例は先月発症）と低位ながらも撲滅までの道程はまだまだ遠いかなと。
以前よく「発症者数と死者数の合計値が全く異なる」ということを指摘していましたが、ここのところ中国は発症者数と死者数の差異に関する情報を出すように改善されました♪

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Apr.2026” issued on May 13, 2026, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Rabies” in mainland China:
Rabies in China is decreasing year by year from the year 2014 to 2016, and the year 2017 showed this tendency.
However, the incidents of the pet owners are bitten by their pets while they let their pets lick their mouth or while they feed their pets from mouth, etc. are increasing in the rich towns or cities. Do not absolutely dote on your pets!
The past number of incidents are as follows:
2018: 422
2019: 290
2020: 202

在中国的 『狂犬病』 ：
从 2007年 的 第三 高峰期 到2016年, 发病人 · 死亡人数 一直减少了。 可是，有些溺爱宠物的人（比如嘴对嘴喂宠物等）和 不打疫苗的饲养主 还存在，在富裕城市的饲养主被宠物咬的实例不少。我们要注意这一点。
