2024年11月 （2024年11月01日00：00 ～ 11月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は635,391例（宮本注： 前月は563,572例； 71,819人増に転）、死亡者数は2,528例（前月は2,253例； 275例増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで発症1例、死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、新型コロナウイルス感染以外（『中国は何が何でも習近平政権のメンツを潰したくない様です）で、発症303,826例 （前月は353,676例： 49,850例減）、死亡2,319例（前月は2,364例： 45例減）が報告されている。うち、SARSやポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリア、住血吸虫症とH7N9型鳥インフルエンザでは発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、百日咳および淋病（再び2位と3位が入れ替わる）で、B類伝染病報告総数の93.0%を占めていた。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は286,123例（前月は366,004例、79,881例減）、死亡は2例（前月は1, 1例増に転）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、その他感染性下痢症、インフルエンザと手足口病（1位と2位が入れ替わった）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の95.6％を占めていた。

In November 2024 (0:00 on November 1, to 24:00 on November 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 635,391 cases and 2,528 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, no cases of illness or death were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 298,149 cases and 2,527 deaths were reported except for COVID-19 infection. There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), poliomyelitis, Human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria, schistosomiasis, and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza. The top five reported cases were viral hepatitis, syphilis, tuberculosis, gonorrhea and whooping cough; these five diseases account for 92.4% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.

2024年11月（11月1日0时至11月30日24时），除新型冠状病毒感染外，全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病635391例，死亡2528人。
甲类传染病无发病、死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病298149例，死亡2527人。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉、血吸虫病和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、淋病和百日咳，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的92.4%。
