2025年4月 （4月01日00：00 ～ 4月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は866,477例（宮本注： まず前月の月報の数字1,071,168例をCDCの計算ミスという前提で、これに基づくと204,691例減になります）、死者数は2,139例（前月は2,137例； 2例増）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで発症1例、死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症457,090例 （前月は355,602例： 101,488例増）、死亡2,138例（前月は2,135例： 3例増）が報告されている。うちSARSやポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、日本脳炎、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザでは発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、COVID-19、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、および淋病（先月と同種同順）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94.4%を占めていた。

In April 2025 (0:00 on Apr. 1, to 24:00 on Apr. 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 866,477 cases and 2,139 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, no cases of illness or death were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 457,090 cases and 2,138 deaths were reported. There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS, poliomyelitis, Human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, B-Encephalitis, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza. The top five reported cases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, COVID-19, syphilis and gonorrhea; these five diseases account for 94.4% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.

2025年4月（2025年4月1日0时至4月30日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病866477例，死亡2139人。
甲类传染病无发病、死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病457090例，死亡2138人。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、流行性乙型脑炎、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为新型冠状病毒感染、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94.4%。
