2025年5月 （5月01日00：00 ～ 5月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は1,077,760例（宮本注：前月は866,477例；211,193例増に転）、死者数は2,043例（前月は2,139例； 96例減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで2例が発症しているが死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症718,468例 （前月は457,090例： 261,378例増）、死亡2,042例（前月は2,138例： 96例減に転）が報告されている。うちSARSやポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザでは発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、COVID-19、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、および淋病（先々月から同種同順）で、B類伝染病報告総数の96.1%を占めていた。

InMay 2025 (0:00 on May 1, to 24:00 on May 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 1,077,760 cases and 2,043 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, 2 cholera cases and no deaths were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 718,468 cases and 2,042 deaths were reported. There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS, poliomyelitis, and Human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, B-Encephalitis, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza. The top five reported cases were COVID-19, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis and gonorrhea; these five diseases account for 96.1% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.

2025年5月（5月1日0时至5月31日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病1077760例，死亡2043人。
甲类传染病共报告发病2例，均为霍乱病例，无死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病718468例，死亡2042人。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡病例报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为新型冠状病毒感染、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的96.1%。
