2025年9月 （9月1日00：00 ～ 9月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は785,983例（宮本注：前月は776,879例；9,104例増に転）、死者数は2,308例（前月は1,921例； 387例増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで1例が発症しているが死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症332,320例 （前月は434,848例： 102,528例減）、死亡2,306例（前月は1,919例： 387例増に転）が報告されている。うちSARSやポリオ、ジフテリアと新生児破傷風では発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、COVID-19、肺結核、梅毒、および淋病（1位と2位が逆転）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94.2%を占めていた。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は453,662例（前月は342,026例、111,636例増）、死亡は2例（前月は2例で増減なし）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、手足口病、インフルエンザとその他感染性下痢症と（病種は同じ、順位だけ入れ替わり）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の97.4％を占めていた。
＊丙類の5番目にあった、「ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ」は従来H5N1のみでH5N6型は排除されていたのに、2025年9月（今回）分より、「ヒト感染新亜型インフルエンザ」として、H3N8やH5N1,H5N、H7N4、（従来の）ヒト感染H7N9インフルエンザ、H9N2、H10N3、H10N5、H10N8、ユーラシア鳥インフルエンザH1N1、および発見されたその他の新亜型のインフルエンザウイルス」も含めると定義が変わっていました。 H9N2型も含めるとのことですが、一緒くたにされてしまった形に。。。。
＊＊丙類の第7番目にあった、「斑疹伤寒（発疹チフス）」から「流行性和地方性斑疹伤寒（流行性及び風土病性チフス）」に名前が変わっていました。 が、これは私の見落としで、昨年12月分の時点でもそのように表記されていました。 謹んでお詫び申し上げます。

In Sept. 2025 (0:00 on Sept. 1, to 24:00 on Sept. 3p), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 785,983 cases and 2,308 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, 1 cholera case and no deaths were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 332,320 cases and 2,306 deaths were reported. No cases or deaths were reported for SARS, poliomyelitis, diphtheria, or neonatal tetanus. The top five diseases in terms of reported incidence are viral hepatitis, novel coronavirus infection, tuberculosis, syphilis and gonorrhea, accounting for 94.2% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.
In the same period, there was no incidence and morbidity report of filariasis in Class C infectious diseases, and 453,662 cases and 2 deaths were reported. The top three reported cases were other infectious diarrhea diseases, Hand, foot and mouth disease, and influenza which accounts for 97.4% of the total number of reported cases of Class C infectious diseases.

甲类传染病共报告发病1例，为霍乱病例，无死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病332320例，死亡2306人。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉和新生儿破伤风无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、新型冠状病毒感染、肺结核、梅毒和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94.2%。
