2026年3月 （3月1日00：00 ～ 3月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は1,063,258例（宮本注：前月は852,909例；210,349例増に転）、死者数は2,000例（前月は1,384例； 616例増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では発症も死亡も0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症322,577例 （前月は236,525例： 86,052例増に転）、死亡1,996例（前月は1,382例： 614例増に転）が報告されている。
報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、COVID-19、および淋病（前月と同順）で、B類伝染病報告総数の95.3%を占めていた。
SARSやポリオ、日本脳炎、ジフテリアは発症・死亡例なし。
C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は740,681例（前月は616,384例、124,297例増に転）、死亡は4例（前月は2例で2例増に転）であった。
発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、その他感染性下痢症と手足口病（12月、1月、2月と同種同順）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の98.8％を占めていた。
同期、重点監視対象となっているその他の非法定感染症では発症者43,651例、死者3例が報告され、報告された主な疾患は水痘と肝吸虫症であり、この2病種で重点監視対象となっているその他の非法定感染症の報告症例総数の99.9％を占めた。（2026年2月度分からこの項目に関するコメントが追加されました）。

In Mar. 2026 (0:00 on Mar. 1, to 24:00 on Mar. 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 1,063,258 cases and 2,000 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases,
no cases and no deaths were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases,
a total of 322,577 cases and 1,996 deaths were reported.
The top five diseases in terms of reported incidence are viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, COVID-19 and gonorrhea, accounting for 95.6% of the total number of reported cases.
No cases or deaths were reported for SARS, poliomyelitis, Japanese encephalitis, diphtheria, or neonatal tetanus..
In Class C infectious diseases,
a total of 740,681 cases with 4 deaths were reported. The top three diseases in terms of reported cases were influenza, other infectious diarrheal diseases, and hand-foot-mouth disease, accounting for 99.2% of all reported Class C infectious disease cases.
During the same period, a total of 43,651 cases of other non-statutory infectious diseases under key monitoring were reported, with 3 deaths. The main diseases reported were chickenpox and liver fluke disease, which together accounted for 99.9% of the total reported cases of other infectious diseases under key monitoring.

2026年3月（3月1日0时至31日24时），全国共报告法定传染病1063258例，死亡2000人（未包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾省数据，下同）。
甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病322577例，死亡1996人。
报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、新型冠状病毒感染和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95.3%。
传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、流行性乙型脑炎和白喉无发病、死亡报告。
丙类传染病共报告发病740681例，报告死亡4人。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感冒、其他感染性腹泻病和手足口病，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的98.8%。
同期，重点监测的其他非法定传染病共报告发病43651例，死亡3人。报告发病的病种主要为水痘和肝吸虫病，两个病种报告病例数合计占重点监测的其他传染病报告病例总数的99.9%。
