2026年6月 （6月1日00：00 ～ 30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は1,370,653例（前月は1,092,528例； 278,125例増に転）、死者数は2,116例（前月は1,879例； 237例増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで発症1例となるも、死者は出ていない。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症359,653例 （前月は297,309例： 62,344例増に転）、死亡2,115例（前月は1,876例： 239例増に転）が報告されている。
報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、COVID-19、肺結核、梅毒、および淋病（新型コロナが4位から2位に急上昇！）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94.0%を占めていた。
SARSやポリオ、新生児破傷風および住血吸虫症は発症・死亡例なし。
C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は1,010,999例（前月は795,217例、215,782例増に転）、死亡は1例（前月は3例で2例減に転）であった。
発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、手足口病とその他感染性下痢症と（2位t3位が入れ替わる）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の99.0％を占めていた。
同期、「重点監視対象となっているその他の非法定感染症」では発症者71,066例、死者0例が報告され、報告された主な疾患は水痘と肝吸虫症であり、この2病種で重点監視対象となっているその他の非法定感染症の報告症例総数の99.9％を占めた。

In June 2026 (0:00 on June 1, to 24:00 on June 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 1,370,653 cases and 2,116 deaths (Data does not include those from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan Province. The same applies below).
In Class A infectious diseases,
1 case of cholera and no deaths was reported.
In Class B infectious diseases,
a total of 359,653 cases and 2,115 deaths were reported.
The top five diseases in terms of reported incidence are viral hepatitis, COVID-19, tuberculosis, syphilis, and gonorrhea, accounting for 94.0% of the total number of reported cases.
No cases or deaths were reported for SARS, poliomyelitis, neonatal tetanus, or schistosomiasis.
In Class C infectious diseases,
a total of 1,010,999 cases with 1 death were reported. The top three diseases in terms of reported cases were influenza, hand-foot-mouth disease and other infectious diarrheal diseases, accounting for 99.0% of all reported Class C infectious disease cases.
During the same period, a total of 71,066 cases of other non-statutory infectious diseases under key monitoring were reported, with 0 (no) deaths. The main diseases reported were chickenpox and liver fluke disease, which together accounted for 99.9% of the total reported cases of other infectious diseases under key monitoring.

2026年6月（6月1日0时至30日24时），全国共报告法定传染病1370653例，死亡2116人（未包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区和台湾省数据，下同）。
甲类传染病共报告发病1例，为霍乱病例，无死亡报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病359653例，死亡2115人。
报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、新型冠状病毒感染、肺结核、梅毒和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94.0%。
传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、新生儿破伤风和血吸虫病无发病、死亡报告。
丙类传染病共报告发病1010999例，死亡1人。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感冒、手足口病和其他感染性腹泻病，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的99.0%。
同期，重点监测的其他传染病共报告发病71066例，无死亡。报告发病的病种主要为水痘和肝吸虫病，两个病种报告病例数合计占重点监测的其他传染病报告病例总数的99.9%。
