2025年第40週（2025年9月29日～10月5日）、全国（香港、マカオ、台湾を除く）の定点病院から採取された外来および救急のインフルエンザ様疾患患者と重症急性呼吸器感染症による入院患者の呼吸器サンプルに対し、新型コロナウイルス、インフルエンザウイルス、RSウイルス（RSV）、アデノウイルス、ヒトメタニューモウイルス（hMPV）、パラインフルエンザウイルス（PIV）、通常のコロナウイルス、ボカウイルス（HBoV）、ライノウイルス（HRV）、エンテロウイルス（EV）の10種類及びマイコプラズマ肺炎（MPP）といった呼吸器病原体のウイルス検査を実施した。
1. モニタリング結果
第40週、全国定点（哨点）病院が報告したインフルエンザ様患者の救急外来受診者数の割合（インフルエンザ様患者の比率）は4.0％であった；哨点病院の救急外来のインフルエンザ様症例の呼吸器検体から陽性病率の上位三位の病原体はHRV（14.7%）、RSV（5.7％）、EV（5.2%）である；
入院患者における重症急性呼吸器感染症の呼吸器検体から検出された陽性病率の上位三位の病原体はHRV（10.1％）RSV（8.5％）、EVおよびPIV（いずれも2.6%）である。
２. 分析と健康のためのヒント
全国の発熱外来の診療状況や定点（哨点）医院の救急外来におけるインフルエンザ様患者の診療状況や多くの病原体検査等のモニタリング結果を結合して分析すると、検出された病原体はすべて既知の一般的なものであり、未知の病原体やそれらが引き起こす新たな感染症は発見されていない。
最近のHRVの検査陽性率が明らかに上昇しており、14歳以下の症例における陽性率はその他の年齢グループより高くなっている。南方各省のRSV検査陽性率が明らかに増加しているが、今週はやや下降しており、0～4歳の症例グループの陽性率は他の年齢層よりも高かった。EVと南方各省におけるインフルエンザウイルスの検査陽性率は最近小幅に増加している。COVID-19と通常のコロナウイルスの検査陽性率は下降の趨勢にある。その他の監視対象呼吸器病原体の陽性率は概ね低いレベルにある。

In the week 40 of 2025 (September 29 – October 5, 2025), respiratory specimens from outpatient and emergency influenza-like cases and inpatient severe acute respiratory infection cases collected in sentinel hospitals across the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) were tested for novel coronavirus pneumonia, coronavirus, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, human metapneumovirus, parainfluenza virus, common coronavirus, bocavirus, rhinovirus and enterovirus, as well as a variety of respiratory viruses including Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pathogen detection.

2. Analysis and health tips
Based on the analysis of monitoring data from fever clinics and hospitals across the country, including data on influenza-like illness cases and multi-pathogen detection results, it was found that all detected pathogens were known and common, and no unknown pathogens or emerging infectious diseases were identified.
Recently, the positivity rate for HRV detection has increased significantly, with a higher rate among children aged 14 and under compared to other age groups. In southern provinces, the positivity rate for respiratory RSV detection has also increased significantly, though There was a slight decrease this week, with a higher rate among children aged 0-4 years compared to other age groups. The positivity rates for EV and influenza virus in southern provinces have also shown a slight increase recently. 2025年第40周（2025年9月29日—10月5日），对全国哨点医院（不含港澳台）采集的门急诊流感样病例和住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例的呼吸道样本，开展新型冠状病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、人偏肺病毒、副流感病毒、普通冠状病毒、博卡病毒、鼻病毒和肠道病毒等10种病毒以及肺炎支原体在内的多种呼吸道病原体检测。
一、监测结果
第40周，全国哨点医院报告的流感样病例数占门急诊就诊总数的比例（流感样病例百分比）为4.0%；哨点医院门急诊流感样病例呼吸道样本检测阳性率前三位病原体为鼻病毒（14.7%）、呼吸道合胞病毒（5.7%）、肠道病毒（5.2%）；
住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例呼吸道样本检测阳性率前三位病原体为鼻病毒（10.1%）、呼吸道合胞病毒（8.5%）、肠道病毒和副流感病毒（均为2.6%）。
二、分析及健康提示
结合全国发热门诊（诊室）诊疗情况、哨点医院门急诊流感样病例就诊情况、多病原检测等监测结果分析显示，检出均为已知常见病原体，没有发现未知病原体及其导致的新发传染病。
近期鼻病毒检测阳性率上升明显，14岁及以下病例组阳性率高于其他年龄组。南方省份呼吸道合胞病毒检测阳性率上升明显，本周略有下降，0～4岁病例组高于其他年龄组。肠道病毒和南方省份流感病毒检测阳性率近期小幅上升。新型冠状病毒和普通冠状病毒检测阳性率呈下降趋势。其他监测的呼吸道病原体阳性率总体处于低水平。
