疾管署は本日（10月28日）、「台南市で新たにデング熱の症例が1例報告されたが、患者は30代男性であり、10月20日に発表された台南市南区のクラスター患者との共同暴露歴があり、職場で発生したクラスターでの感染と判断された。この患者は、10月20日に公布された台南市の職場クラスターの接触者であるが、当日、衛生単位が拡大疫学調査を実施した際には症状がなく、検体検査の結果も陰性であった。
患者は10月24日からくしゃみや鼻水などの上気道感染症状が現れ、10月25日に発熱と筋肉痛を主訴に病院を受診したところ、26日にデング熱ウイルス3型が検出され、現在は入院中だが、濃厚接触者は、現在全員が無症状だ。疾管署は、衛生単位が既に患者の居住地及び感染可能な時期に活動していた地点に入りか密度の調査や繁殖源の清掃など、呼ぶ治療活動をしているとともに、患者の就業場所終焉の環境とハイリスクな場所での繁殖源検査と清掃を行っており、住民には個人の防蚊対策をしっかりと実施するとともに衛生単位の予防治療措置に協力して流行の拡大を防ぐように」と呼び掛けている。
疾管署の統計によると、2025年10月27日現在、デング熱の国内感染例は累計で25例確認されているが、それぞれ高雄市で13例、桃園市で7例、台南市（3例）宜蘭県及び台北市の各1例となるが、重症者や死亡者は出ていない；更に、今年の輸入症例は計216例となっており、これは過去6年間（2020年～2024年）の同時期（9～233例）で二番目に多い数となっているが、これら症例のほとんどは東南アジア諸国からの輸入症例（89％を占める）であり、インドネシアからの59例が最多で、これにベトナムの55例、フィリピンの27例、タイの22例）が続く。
世界においては、流行が続いており、今年はこれまでに累計で426万例、死者3千例を超えており、米州での流行がもっとも深刻だが、ブラジルやメキシコ及びコロンビアでの感染者数が多くを占めている；アジアでは近隣のバングラデシュ及び中国で流行が増加しており、更に、バングラデシュベトナム、カンボジア等では本年の症例数が昨年同意を上回っている。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (October 28) one new locally transmitted dengue fever case in Tainan City. The case is a man in his 30s who shares a common exposure history with the cluster case in Tainan’s South District announced on October 20, suggesting it is part of the same workplace cluster infection.
This case has a workplace contact of a person identified in the Tainan workplace cluster case announced on October 20.He was asymptomatic and tested negative during the expanded epidemiological investigation conducted by health authorities on the same day. The case developed upper respiratory symptoms such as sneezing and runny nose on October 24. On October 25, the patient sought medical attention due to fever and muscle pain. On October 26, after testing, the patient was diagnosed with dengue virus type 3. The patient is currently hospitalized. Close contacts are currently asymptomatic. CDC stated that health authorities have conducted mosquito density surveys and eliminated breed.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(28)日公布新增1例臺南市本土登革熱病例，個案為30多歲男性，與10月20日公布臺南市南區群聚案具共同暴露史，研判屬同一起職場群聚感染。此個案為10月20日公布臺南職場群聚案之職場接觸者，當日衛生單位即進行擴大疫調時無症狀且經採檢檢驗陰性。
個案10月24日出現打噴嚏及流鼻水等上呼吸道症狀，10月25日因發燒及肌肉痛等症狀就醫，10月26日通報採檢送驗後確診，檢出登革病毒第三型，目前住院治療中，密切接觸者目前皆無症狀。疾管署表示衛生單位已針對個案居住地及可傳染期活動地進行病媒蚊密度調查及孳生源清除等防治工作，同時加強個案工作地周圍環境及高風險場域孳生源巡檢與清除，呼籲民眾落實個人防蚊措施，並配合衛生單位防治措施，防範疫情擴散。
依據疾管署統計，今(2025)年截至10月27日累計25例本土登革熱確定病例，分別居住於高雄市(13例)、桃園市(7例)、臺南市(3例)、宜蘭縣及臺北市(各1例)，無重症及死亡病例；另累計216例境外移入病例，為近6年同期次高(2020年至2024年介於9-233例)，多自東南亞國家移入(占89%)，以印尼(59例)為多，其次為越南(55例)、菲律賓(27例)及泰國(22例)。全球登革熱疫情持續，今年迄今累計426萬餘例病例及3千餘例死亡，美洲疫情最為嚴峻，其中，巴西、墨西哥及哥倫比亞等國病例數為多；亞洲鄰近國家孟加拉及中國近期疫情上升，另孟加拉、越南及柬埔寨等國今年病例數高於去年同期。
疾管署提醒，本週天氣雖已轉涼，惟白天氣溫仍適合病媒蚊活動及生長，且受東北季風影響，局部地區仍有降雨，請民眾把握雨後空檔主動清除家戶內外積水容器的孳生源，落實「巡、倒、清、刷」，以降低病媒。
