疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（10月20日）、「新たにデング熱の本土症例3例（台南市南区2例桃園市桃園区1例）が報告されたが、うち台南市の2例は職場でのクラスターと判断された；いま1例は2025年9月30日に発表された桃園市での本土症例とは地縁に関連性があり、同一のコミュニティクラスター症例であると考えられる」と発表した。
疾管署は「新たに確認された感染者3例は、男性2例と女性1例、年齢的には20代～30代となっている。台南市で確認された本土症例2例はいずれも同じ企業の従業員で、10月15日～18日の間に発症したが、衛生単位の疫学調査により当該企業の社員もう1例が、10月19日に検査により確定診断されており、その渡航歴から輸入症例と推測されるが、今回症例との関連性はまだ明らかではない。また、桃園市の症例には10月4日から相次ぎ発熱や頭痛、筋肉痛などの症状が現れ、症状が緩解せず10月16日に入院し、検体検査の後デング熱と診断された」と指摘している疾管署は、「衛生単位は既に上記症例の居住地および職場周辺において蚊密度調査を実施しており、蚊の繁殖源除去などの予防・管理措置を講じている。同時に、近隣住民の健康状態監視体制を強化するとともに、地域医療機関に警戒を強めるように要請している。疾管署は流行拡大防止のため、国民に衛生単位の予防・管理措置への協力を強く求める」としている。
疾管署の統計によると、2025年10月19日現在、デング熱の本土症例は累計で24例確認されているが、それぞれ高雄市で13例、桃園市で7例、台南市で2例、宜蘭県及び台北市の各1例となるが、重症者や死亡者は出ていない；更に、今年の輸入症例は計210例となっており、これは過去6年間（2020年～2024年）の同時期（9～231例）で二番目に多い数となっているが、これら症例のほとんどは東南アジア諸国からの輸入症例（90％を占める）であり、インドネシアからの58例が最多で、これにベトナムの53例、フィリピンの27例、タイの21例）が続く。世界においては、流行が続い

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (October 20) 3 new local cases of dengue fever (2 in Tainan City’s South District and 1 in Taoyuan City’s Taoyuan District). 2 of the Tainan City cases are believed to be a workplace cluster infection. Another case in Taoyuan City is geographically related to the local dengue fever case in Taoyuan City announced on Sept. 30, 2025, and is believed to be part of the same community cluster.
The CDC pointed out that the newly confirmed 3 cases are 2 men and 1 woman, aged between their 20s and 30s. The 2 local cases in Tainan City are both employees of the same company, with onset of illness between October 15 and 18. Health authorities conducted an epidemiological investigation and confirmed the diagnosis of another employee of the same company on October 19. Based on their travel history, the patient is believed to be an imported case, but their connection to the current case remains to be determined. Additionally, the case in Taoyuan City began experiencing symptoms such as fever, headache, and muscle pain on October 4th. As symptoms persisted, the case was hospitalized on October 16 and diagnosed with dengue fever. The CDC stated that health authorities have conducted mosquito density surveys and eliminated breeding sources around the residence and workplace of the aforementioned case, including prevention and control measures. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(20)日公布新增3例本土登革熱病例(臺南市南區2例、桃園市桃園區1例)，其中臺南市2例個案研判為一起職場群聚感染；另1例桃園市個案則與本(114)年9月30日公布之桃園市本土登革熱個案具地緣相關性，研判為同一起社區群聚案件。
疾管署指出，新增3例確診個案為2男1女，年齡介於20多歲至30多歲。臺南市2名本土個案皆為同一家公司員工，發病日介於10月15日至18日，經衛生單位疫調該公司另1名員工於10月19日檢驗確診，依旅遊史研判為境外移入個案，惟與本案關聯性仍待釐清。此外，桃園市個案於10月4日起陸續出現發燒、頭痛、肌肉痛等症狀，因症狀未緩解，於10月16日就醫收治住院，採檢送驗後確診登革熱。疾管署表示衛生單位已針對前揭個案居住地及工作地周圍環境進行病媒蚊密度調查及孳生源清除等防治工作，同時加強附近居民健康監測，並請當地醫療院所提高通報警覺，呼籲民眾配合衛生單位防治措施，防範疫情擴散。
