疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（2月18日）、「今年（2025年）第7週（2月9日～15日）に、インフルエンザ様症状を伴う外来救急受診者数が約14万8千人回となったが、これは過去10回のインフルエンザシーズン同期として依然2番目に多い数字となっている。検査室のモニタリングデータによると、現在社区（コミュニティ）で蔓延している呼吸器疾患の病原体はインフルエンザウイルスが主であり、A型H1N1が最も多いが、今期に投与されたワクチン株と一致している。最近は気温の変化が大きく、元宵節の活動や学校の開校などの要素により、ウイルスの活動と人々の接触のから流行が拡大するリスクが続いており、呼吸困難や息切れ、チアノーゼ（酸欠）、血痰或いは粘りつく痰や胸痛、意識の変化、低血圧或いは高熱が72時間続くといった危険な兆候に注意し、出現したら早急に病院を受診し、適切な治療を受けてほしい」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (February 18) that in the 7th week (February 9th to February 15th) of this year (2025), approximately 148,000 outpatient and emergency outpatient consultations for internal medicine-related diseases were received. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(18)日表示，今(2025)年第7週(2/9-2/15)類流感門急診就診約14萬8千餘人次，較前一週下降，惟仍為近十個流感季同期次高。依實驗室監測資料顯示，目前社區中流行之呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為主，其中以A型H1N1為多，與本季接種流感疫苗株相符。近期因氣溫變化大、元宵燈節活動及學校開學等因素，病毒活動與人群接觸致疫情傳播風險持續，提醒民眾須留意若出現危險徵兆如：呼吸困難、呼吸急促、發紺(缺氧)、血痰或痰液變濃、胸痛、意識改變、低血壓或高燒持續72小時等，請儘速就醫以及時獲得治療。
