疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（6月24日）、「国内ではCOVID-19の流行が続いており、緩やかな減少傾向にあるものの、依然横ばい状態が続いており、且つ、重症者数と死者数は依然として多く、人々には、医療機関への出入りの際や公共交通機関を利用する時、混雑した室内への移動時には自主的にマスクを着用し、ワクチン接種の資格がある人はこぞって接種を受けること；発熱や呼吸器症状のある方は、極力自宅で療養するようにし、不要不急の外出を避け、外出時にはマスクの着用を忘れぬ様にし、重症化リスクのある人は、症状が疑われる場合、速やかに医療機関を受診してほしい。そうすることで、医師が早期診療をし、感染後の合併症や死亡のリスクを減らすために抗ウイルス製剤の処方をすることが可能になるのだ」と発表した。
疾管署統計によると、国内ではCOVID-19の症例数は減少を続けているが、第25週（6月15日～6月21日）のCOVID-19救急外来の外来受診者数は64,176人回となり、前の週より5.5％下降しているが、重症者数と死亡者数は依然高く、総体的に高水準にある；6月17日～6月23日には、COVID-19の合併症による本土重症症例117例および本土死者39例が増えている；今年に入ってから、COVID-19の本土重症症例計991例が報告されているが、うち死者は183例となっており、いずれも65歳以上の高齢者と慢性疾患歴を持つ人が多くを占めており、確診症例および死亡例の約80%以上が、JN.1ワクチンを接種していなかった。現在、国内で主流となっている変異株はNB.1.8.1である。世界では新型コロナ陽性率が上昇傾向にあり、アフリカ大陸や西太平洋地区、東地中海地区を除き、その他地区での陽性率は全て上昇しているが、流行している変異株はNB.1.8.1が最多であり、LP.8.1、およびXFGがこれに次ぎ高くなっており、うち、このところXFGが急増している；欧州とマレーシアで悪化している一方、香港や韓国、日本、ベトナム

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (June 24) that the domestic COVID-19 epidemic continues. Although it is showing a slow downward trend, it is still at a plateau stage, and the number of severe and death cases is still high. The public is urged to wear masks when entering and leaving medical care institutions, taking public transportation, and going to crowded indoor places. People who are eligible for vaccination should actively get vaccinated. Those who have fever or respiratory symptoms are advised to rest at home as much as possible, avoid unnecessary outings, and remember to wear masks when going out. People with risk factors for severe illness should seek medical attention as soon as possible if they have suspected symptoms, so that doctors can diagnose and treat them early and prescribe antiviral drugs to reduce the risk of complications or death after infection.
According to statistics from the CDC, the domestic epidemic situation continues to decline slowly. In the 25th week (6/15-6/21), there were 64,176 outpatient and emergency visits for COVID-19, a decrease of 5.5% from the previous week. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(24)日表示，國內新冠疫情延續，雖呈緩降趨勢，惟仍於高原期，且重症及死亡病例數仍多，籲請民眾出入醫療照護機構、搭乘大眾運輸、至人潮擁擠室內場所時自主佩戴口罩，符合疫苗接種資格民眾踴躍接種；出現發燒或呼吸道症狀者建議儘量在家休息，避免不必要外出，外出時記得佩戴口罩，另具重症風險因子的民眾如出現疑似症狀應儘速就醫，以利醫師及早診治並開立抗病毒藥物，降低感染後引發併發症或導致死亡之風險。
