疾病管制署（以下『疾管署』）は本日（1月14日）、「下痢による外来・救急外来受診者数は近年増加傾向にあり、過去5年間で最高となっている。国民には手指衛生と食品衛生に注意を払ってほしい。疑わしい症状が現れた場合、早急に病院を受診するとともに、胃腸炎拡大のリスクを減少させるため自宅で療養せねばならない」と発表した。
疾管署のモニタリングデータによると、第2週（1月5日～1月11日）の下痢症状の救急外来受診者数は16万9,747人回で、前週（14万9,477人回）と比較すると13.6%の上昇となり、直近の5年間で最高且つ上昇の趨勢にある；また、直近4週間（2024年第51週～2025年第2週）に全国で報告された下痢症クラスター事案は計194件となっており、これも過去5年間の同期の報告件数としては最多となっている。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (January 14) that the number of outpatient and emergency department visits for diarrhea has been on the rise recently, and is the highest in the past five years, and the public is urged to pay attention to hand hygiene and food hygiene. If suspected symptoms occur, in addition to seeking medical attention as soon as possible, you should also rest at home to reduce the risk of spreading gastroenteritis. In addition, a total of 194 cases of diarrhea clusters were reported nationwide in the past four weeks (week 51 of 2024 to week 2 of 2025), which is also the highest number of reports in the same period in the past five years. The most common places of occurrence were the catering and accommodation industries, with 92 cases testing positive for pathogens, most of which were detected to be norovirus (88 cases, accounting for 95.7%).

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(14)日表示，近期全國腹瀉門急診就診人次呈上升趨勢，且為近5年同期最高，籲請民眾注意手部清潔及飲食衛生，如出現疑似症狀，除了儘速就醫外也應落實生病在家休息，以降低腸胃炎傳播的風險。
疾管署監測資料顯示，國內第2週(1月5日至11日)腹瀉門急診就診累計169,747人次，較前一週149,477人次上升13.6%，為近5年同期最高且近期呈上升趨勢；另全國近四週(2024年第51週至2025年第2週)共接獲 194起
