疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（3月20日）「台湾で本年（2025年）初の腸管出血性大腸菌（EHEC）感染症が確認されたが、患者は南部在住の10歳未満の少女で、3月8日に高熱や断続的な腹痛、血便、活動力低下などの症状が現れ、救急外来を受診後に入院並びに通報されている。 3月8日に彼女は治療のために救急科に行き、入院した。 3月18日に出血性大腸菌（O157:H7）と診断され、現在一般病棟で治療を受けている。この患者には潜伏期間中における動物との接触歴はなく、発症前には生野菜や生肉を食べていなかったが、民間で加工処理されたヤギ乳（宮本注： 羊乳を羊のミルクとするかヤギのミルクとするか迷いましたが、グーグル台湾によると「嘉南羊乳」というサイトがあったのでヤギのミルクということで訳出しておきました： https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U77plEPZQpM）を飲んでいたが、衛生単位の検体検査の結果は陰性だった。衛生単位は既に農政当局と連携して関連の調査を開始しており、関連する接触者計34人を特定したが、いずれも疑わしい症状はみられておらず、うち同居家人と接触者計5人の検査と食品サンプルの検査が行われた結果、すべて陰性であった。疾管署は、昨日19日、農業部や食品薬物管理署および地方政府の関連部門を招き、流行調査や予防・管理戦略および対応措置について意見を交換し協議を行った。疾病関連の調査と予防管理活動は進行中である」と発表した。
疾管署は「『腸管出血性大腸菌感染症』は1999年から法定感染症に指定されており、これまでに症例計5例が確認されているが、いずれも本土症例である。発症年は2001年と2019年に各1例、2022年に2例、2025年に1例となっている。患者の年齢は10歳未満から20歳以上までであり、男性は2例、女性3例で

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (March 20) that the first case of enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli infection in Taiwan this year (2025). The case is a girl under the age of 10 from the southern region. On March 8, she developed symptoms such as high fever, intermittent abdominal pain, bloody stools, and decreased activity. She went to the emergency department for treatment and was admitted to the hospital. On March 18, she was diagnosed with hemorrhagic Escherichia coli (O157:H7) and is currently being treated in a general ward. The case had no history of contact with animals during the incubation period, and did not eat raw vegetables or raw meat before the onset of the disease, but had drunk privately processed goat milk, which was tested negative by the health authorities. The health authorities have launched relevant investigations in conjunction with the agricultural authorities, and identified a total of 34 related contacts, none of whom had any suspected symptoms. Among them, a total of 5 family members and contacts were tested, and food samples were tested, and the results were all negative. 國內出現腸道出血性大腸桿菌感染症個案，籲請民眾注意飲食及手部衛生

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(20)日表示，國內出現今(2025)年首例腸道出血性大腸桿菌感染症個案，為南部未滿10歲女童，於3月8日出現高燒、間歇性腹痛、血便、活動力下降等症狀，至急診就醫後收治住院並通報，於3月18日檢驗確診出血性大腸桿菌(O157:H7)，目前於普通病房住院治療中。個案於潛伏期無動物接觸史，發病前無食用生菜或生肉，但曾飲用私人加工處理之羊乳，經衛生單位抽驗檢驗結果為陰性。衛生單位已會同農政單位啟動相關調查，匡列相關接觸者共34人，均無疑似症狀，其中家人、接觸者共5人採檢，並檢驗食品檢體，結果均為陰性。疾管署已於昨(19)日邀集農業部、食品藥物管理署及地方政府相關單位就疫情調查、防治策略及因應作為交流討論，相關疫調及防治工作持續進行中。
疾管署指出，「腸道出血性大腸桿菌感染症」自1999年列入法定傳染病迄今累計5例確診，均為本土病例；發病年份分別為2001年及2019年各1例、2022年2例及2025年1例，個案年齡介於未滿10歲至20多歲，男性2例及女性3例，其中以未滿10歲為多(佔80%)
