疾病管制署（以下「疾管署」）は本日（2月18日）「春節後、国内では下痢による外来救急受診者数は下降の趨勢にあるが以前高水準にあるため、国民には、手指や食品の衛生に注意してほしい。もし嘔吐や下痢などの不快な症状が現れた場合、早急に病院を受診すると同時に、腸管感染症の感染リスク低減のため病気の際は自宅で休養せねばならない；飲食・宿泊業者は、環境と従業員の衛生管理を強化し、従業員及び人々の健康を確保しよう」と発表した。
疾管署の監視データによると、本年第7週（2月9日～2月15日）に台湾
で下痢による救急外来受診者数は285,442人回で、前週の306,567人回から6.9％の減少を示したが、依然として過去5年間（2021～2025年）の同期最多となっている；また、過去4週間（第4週～第7週）に全国で報告された下痢症のクラスターは計390件あり、これも過去5年の同期として最多となった。飲食業と宿泊業で発生したものが

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (Feb. 18): After the Spring Festival, though the number of outpatient and emergency visits for diarrhea in the country has been decreased, the public is urged to pay attention to hand hygiene and food hygiene. If vomiting, diarrhea or other discomfort symptoms occur, please seek medical attention as soon as possible, and at the same time, you should rest at home when you are sick to reduce the risk of transmission of intestinal infectious diseases; catering and accommodation operators must strengthen environmental and employee hygiene management to ensure the health of their employees and the public.
