疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（6月10日）、「国内においては、新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の上昇速度が緩慢になっているが、重症者と死亡例が増えており、50歳以上の入院患者数が上昇傾向にあるため軽視してはならない。喘鳴や呼吸困難、持続的な胸痛または胸悶、意識低下、皮膚・唇または爪床の蒼白化、飲食や薬の服用ができない、過去24時間以内に排尿なしまたは尿量の大幅な減少、収縮期血圧が 90 mmHg未満、或いは発熱を伴わない状況で心拍数が100回/分を超えるなど、重篤化に関連した予兆のいずれかがある場合は、直ちに病院を受診せねばならない」と発表した。
疾管署統計によると、国内ではCOVID-19の流行が増加しており、第23週（6月1日～6月7日）のCOVID-19救急外来の外来受診者数は70,182人回となり、前の週より9.3％上昇した。前週と比べて増加率は大幅に鈍化し、新型コロナ救急外来の受診件数は減少しており、マスクやワクチン接種といった対策への国民の協力により、流行は急速に収斂したと看られ、既に先週、流行のピークを迎えたが、今後の流行推移を注視していく必要がある；第23週における50～64歳および65歳以上の入院者数はそれぞれ68人回、426人回となっており、前週より51.1％。6.2％増加しており、最近も上昇が続いており、50歳以上の人の新型コロナ重症化リスクが続いていることが示された。6月3日～6月9日にまでの間に、新型コロ

The public is reminded not to take it lightly. If the following severe warning symptoms occur, including wheezing or difficulty breathing, persistent chest pain or tightness, unconsciousness, bluish skin/lips or nail beds, inability to eat/drink or take medicine, no urine or significantly reduced urine volume in the past 24 hours, systolic blood pressure <90mmHg or heart rate >100 beats/minute without fever, please seek medical attention immediately.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(10)日表示，國內新冠疫情上升幅度趨緩，但重症和死亡病例數增加，50歲以上新冠住院人次亦仍呈上升趨勢，提醒民眾不可掉以輕心，如出現下列重症警示症狀，包括喘或呼吸困難、持續胸痛或胸悶、意識不清、皮膚/嘴唇或指甲床發青、無法進食/喝水或服藥、過去24小時無尿或尿量顯著減少、收縮壓<90mmHg或無發燒之情形下心跳>100次/分鐘，請務必立刻就醫。
疾管署統計，國內新冠肺炎疫情上升，第23週(6/1-6/7)新冠門急診就診計70,182人次，較前一週上升9.3%，增幅較先前一週大幅減緩，且急診新冠就診人次已下降，評估疫情因民眾配合口罩、疫苗等措施而快速收斂，已提前於上週達高峰，惟仍須觀察後續疫情變化；第23週 50至64歲及65歲以上住院人次分別為68及426人次，較前一週上升51.1%及6.2%，近期仍持續上升，顯示50歲以上新冠中重症風險持續。6/3-6/9新增166例新冠併發重症本土病例及25例本土病例死亡，均為今年單週新高；今年新冠併發重症本土病例累計730例，其中106例
