疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（5月26日）、「台湾では2026年5月25日までの時点で、デング熱確診症例計64例が報告されているが、うち1例は本土症例、残り63例が輸入症例（全て東南アジアおよび南アジアからの輸入）であり、インドネシアからのものが最多（19例）で、これにモルディブの14例、ベトナムの8例が次ぐ。この症例数は昨年（2025年）同時期の69例とほぼ同数である。現時点では、台湾では既に国内初のデング熱感染例が確認されており、且つ、台湾は雨季にあり、台湾では各地で降雨量が増え、これに加え気温も上昇しているため、蚊の繁殖に適した環境となり、社区での感染拡大のリスクが高まっている。蚊の繁殖とデング熱の感染リスク低減に向け、自宅内外の溜まり水を積極的に除去してほしい」と発表した。
世界的にデング熱の流行が続いており、
今年4月時点では全世界で感染者102万例超と死者300超が報告されているが、主に南北アメリカ大陸で流行しており、ブラジルとボリビアで感染者数が最多となっているが、ガイアナでは感染者数が急増し、例年を上回っている；ベトナムやマレーシア、スリランカ、バングラデシュ、東ティモールなどの近隣アジア諸国でも、近年、感染が拡大しており、さらに、ベトナムやスリランカ、カンボジア、ラオスなどの国々では、今年、感染者数がすでに昨年の同時期を上回っている。気温の上昇と雨季の到来に伴い、感染拡大は今後も続くと予想される。
疾管署は、「デング熱を媒介する蚊は、屋外の草むらや茂み、そして屋内の暗い隅を好んで生息し、吸血後に産卵のため水のある場所を探す。蚊の幼虫が繁殖しないよう、疾管署は『巡、倒、清、刷＊』の実践を呼びかけている：屋内外の環境を積極的に点検し、使用していない容器（タイヤ、アルミ缶、防水シート、ペットボトル、植木鉢の受け皿など）を処分し、浴槽や水槽などの大型の廃棄容器については、清掃業者に依頼して処分してもらうこと；他の容器もまた虫の卵を除去するため擦り洗いするとともに適切

The Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (May 26) that, as of May 25, 2026, 64 dengue fever cases in total have been confirmed, including 1 local case and 63 imported cases, all are imported from Southeast and South Asian countries. Indonesia had the most cases (19), followed by the Maldives (14) and Vietnam (8). This number is comparable to the same period last year (2025) (69 cases).
The first local case already has been reported in Taiwan, and the rainy season has begun. Increased rainfall across Taiwan, coupled with hot weather, creates favorable conditions for mosquito breeding, increasing the risk of community transmission and infection. The public is urged to proactively remove stagnant water containers inside and outside their homes to reduce mosquito breeding and the risk of dengue fever infection.
The global dengue fever outbreak continues,
with over 1.02 million cases and more than 300 deaths reported worldwide as of April this year. The outbreaks are mainly concentrated in the Americas, with Brazil and Bolivia having the highest number of cases. Guyana has also seen a surge in cases, exceeding previous years; Dengue fever outbreaks have recently increased in neighboring Asian countries such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and East Timor.
Furthermore, countries including Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Laos have already seen higher numbers of cases this year than during the same period last year. With rising temperatures and the approaching rainy season, the cases are expected to continue to rise.
CDC explained that
mosquitoes that transmit dengue fever prefer to live in grassy areas and bushes outdoors, as well as dark corners indoors, and after feeding on blood, they search for water sources to lay their eggs. To prevent the breeding of mosquito larvae,CDC urges the public to implement the “Inspect, Empty, Clean, Scrub” method:
Actively inspect indoor and outdoor environments, removing unused containers such as discarded tires, aluminum cans, tarpaulins, PET bottles, and planter saucers. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(26)日公布，今(2026)年截至5月25日累計64例登革熱確定病例，其中1例為本土病例，另63例境外移入，均自東南亞及南亞國家移入，以印尼(19例)為多，其次為馬爾地夫(14例)及越南(8例)，病例數與去(2025)年同期(69例)相當。
目前國內已出現首例本土登革熱病例，且已進入梅雨季節，全臺各地降雨機率增加，加上氣溫炎熱，有利於病媒蚊孳生，增加社區感染與傳播風險。呼籲民眾主動清除家戶內外積水容器，以減少病媒蚊孳生及感染登革熱風險。
全球登革熱疫情持續，
今年截至4月全球報告102萬餘例病例及300餘例死亡，主要分布於美洲，以巴西及玻利維亞等國病例數為多，另蓋亞那疫情遽升，高於往年；亞洲鄰近國家越南、馬來西亞、斯里蘭卡、孟加拉及東帝汶等國近期疫情上升，另包括越南、斯里蘭卡、柬埔寨及寮國等國今年病例數已高於去年同期，隨著氣溫上升與雨季臨近，預期疫情將持續上升。
疾管署說明，登革熱病媒蚊喜歡棲息於戶外草叢灌木叢及戶內陰暗角落，且吸血後需尋找水源產卵。為阻斷病媒蚊幼蟲孳生，疾管署籲請民眾落實「巡、倒、清、刷」：主動巡檢室內外環境，清除廢棄輪胎、鐵鋁罐、帆布、寶特瓶、盆栽墊盤等不用的容器，若有廢棄浴缸、水族箱等大型廢棄容器，可連絡清潔隊協助清
