疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（4月21日）、「台湾で新たに麻疹の輸入症例が1例確認されたが、患者は台湾北部の10代の外国籍留学生で、今年3月末に台湾に入国した。4月上旬に発熱や咽頭痛、および紅疹などの症状が相次ぎ現れ、医療機関を受診し検査を受けた結果、麻疹と確定診断された。衛生単位は濃厚接触者162人を特定しており、5月1日まで経過観察を行う予定である」と発表した。
疾管署は、「1歳未満から50代までの麻疹症例が計8例確認されているが、うち2例が国内感染、残り6例は輸入症例で、ベトナムやマレーシア、米国、インド、インドネシア、キルギスタンから各1例ずつとなっている。世界的に麻疹の流行は続いており、インドネシアやインド、ベトナム、マレーシア、キルギスタン、バングラデシュ、日本、カザフスタンなどのアジア諸国で感染者の報告が続いている。
日本では最近、感染者数が増加しており、4月8日時点で236例の感染が報告されており、これはほぼ7年ぶりの同時期としては最高の数字であり、主に東京と鹿児島県に集中している；中央アジアのキルギスでは2025年以来8,500例以上が報告され、カザフスタンでは今年1月に確定感染者1,951例が報告されている；
米州ではメキシコでの感染が深刻化しており、これまでに9,000例以上が報告され。グアテマラでは3,500例以上、アメリカ合衆国（トランプ政権の医療に対する無策が原因ではと思料）では1,700例以上が報告されている；欧州では、英国で今年4月13日までに計407例が報告されている。
EUでは今年2月には、11カ国で計139例が報告され、イタリアとスペインが多い。疾管署は、既にバングラデシュやインドネシア、グアテマラ、メキシコ、ベトナム、インドを含む10か国に対し、渡航に関して感染症流行勧告レベル2（警戒）を発令し、現地での感染予防対策を強化するよう呼びかけている；更に、他の30か国をレベル1（注意）とし、当該地域の一般的予防策に従うように注意を喚起している」と説明している。
疾管署は「麻疹は非常に感染力が強く、空気感染することがある、最近、国際的に麻疹の流行が続いていることから、流行地域への渡航歴があり、台湾帰国後3週間以内に発熱や発疹、鼻炎、咳、結膜炎などの症状が現れた場合は、マスク着用の上、直ちに医療機関を受診すると同時に渡航歴や曝露歴を医師に積極的に伝えねばならない。さらに、確診症例との接触歴がある場合、或いは地方衛生局から接触者として

Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (April 21) that one new imported case of measles has been confirmed in Taiwan.
The patient is a foreign student in his teens from northern Taiwan who entered Taiwan at the end of March this year (2026). He developed symptoms such as fever, sore throat, and rash in early April and was diagnosed after seeking medical attention and testing. Health authorities have identified 162 close contacts and are expected to monitor them until May 1.

Taiwan has recorded a total of 8 measles cases this year, ranging in age from under 1 year old to over 50 years old. Two cases were locally transmitted, while the other 6 were imported cases, with one case each from Vietnam, Malaysia, the United States, India, Indonesia, and Kyrgyzstan.
The global measles outbreak continues, with cases persisting in Asian countries such as Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh, Japan, and Kazakhstan.
Japan has recently seen a surge in measles cases, with 236 cases reported as of April 8th this year, the highest number for the same period in nearly seven years, primarily concentrated in Tokyo and Kagoshima Prefecture; Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia has reported over 8,500 cases since 2025, while Kazakhstan reported 1,951 confirmed cases in January of this year.
The measles in Mexico remains severe,
with over 9,000 cases to date. Guatemala has reported over 3,500 cases, and the United States has reported over 1,700 cases; As of April 13th, the UK has reported a cumulative total of 407 cases this year, while the EU reported 139 cases across 11 countries in February, with Italy and Spain having the most. CDC has issued Level 2 (Alert) travel advisory for 10 countries, including Bangladesh, Indonesia, Guatemala, Mexico, Vietnam, and India, urging the public to take enhanced precautions in these countries; Another 30 countries are listed as Level 1 (Watch), reminding travelers to adhere to general preventative measures.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(21)日公布國內新增1例境外移入麻疹確定病例，為北部10多歲外國籍學生，今(2026)年3月底入境，4月上旬陸續出現發燒、喉嚨痛及紅疹等症狀，就醫後通報採檢確診。
衛生單位目前匡列相關接觸者162人，預計監測至5月1日。
疾管署說明，我國今年累計8例麻疹病例，年齡介於未滿1歲至50多歲，其中2例為國內感染病例，另6例為境外移入病例，感染國家為越南、馬來西亞、美國、印度、印尼及吉爾吉斯各1例。全球麻疹疫情持續，亞洲如印尼、印度、越南、馬來西亞、吉爾吉斯、孟加拉、日本及哈薩克等國持續出現病例。
日本近期疫情上升，今年迄4月8日累計報告236例，為近7年同期最高，分布以東京都、鹿兒島縣為多；中亞吉爾吉斯自去(2025)年迄今報告逾8,500例，哈薩克今年1月報告1,951例確定病例；
美洲墨西哥疫情嚴峻迄今已逾9千例，瓜地馬拉疫情上升報告逾3,500例，美國報告逾1,700例；

孟加拉、印尼、瓜地馬拉、墨西哥、越南及印度等10國發布旅遊疫情建議等級第二級：警示(Alert)，請民眾對當地採取加強防護；
另30國列為第一級：注意(Watch)，提醒民眾遵守當地的一般預防措施。
疾管署提醒，
麻疹傳染力極強，可由空氣傳播，近期國際疫情持續，如曾有流行地區旅遊史，返國3週內出現發燒、紅疹、鼻炎、咳嗽、結膜炎等疑似麻疹症狀，請務必戴上口罩儘速就醫，並主動告知醫師旅遊及暴露史。
另如與確診個案有相關接觸史，或已經地方衛生局匡列為接觸者，應落實健康監測及防護措施，並請醫師提高警
