疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（7月14日）「台湾で本年（2026年）初となるジカウイルス感染症の輸入症例が確認された。患者は台湾北部の30代男性で、6月中旬にタイから帰国後、発熱やめまい、頭痛などの症状が現れ、6月下旬には発疹が現れたため、医療機関を受診したが報告と検査の結果、ジカウイルス感染症（ZVD）と診断された。
現時点では、全ての接触者および同居者からは症状が現れていない；衛生単位は、既に患者が活動をしていた場所で繁殖源の除去と接触者の追跡調査を実施するとともに、患者、接触者に対する健康教育を実施している」と発表した。
疾管署のデータによると、
2026年7月13日現在、台湾ではZVD確定例1例が確認されているがこれはタイからの輸入症例である。台湾では2016年以降、ZVD確定例計31例確認されているが、全員が輸入症例であり、感染地の大部分（81%）は東南アジア諸国、内訳はタイ8例、ベトナム6例、フィリピン、ミャンマー、マレーシア各3例、モルディブ2例、インドネシア、シンガポール、セントビンセント・グレナディーン、セントルシア、米国（フロリダ州マイアミ）、アンゴラ各1例となっている。
ZVDの世界的な流行は2016年から2026年にかけて発生したが少なくとも97の国に影響を与えた。

The Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (July 14) that the first confirmed imported case of Zika virus infection in Taiwan this year (2026). The patient is a Taiwanese man in his 30s from northern Taiwan who returned from Thailand in mid-June and developed symptoms such as fever, dizziness, and headache, and rash in late June, then sought medical attention at a hospital.
Following notification and testing, the case was confirmed as Zika virus infection. Currently, all contacts and cohabitants are asymptomatic; Health authorities have conducted environmental source elimination and contact tracing at the locations visited by the individual, and have provided health education to the individual and their contacts.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(14)日公布國內今(2026)年今年首例境外移入茲卡病毒感染症確定病例，為北部30多歲本國籍男性，6月中旬自泰國返國後出現發熱、頭暈、頭脹等症狀，6月下旬出現皮疹至醫院就醫，經通報並採檢送驗後，確認為茲卡病毒感染症。目前接觸者及同住者均無症狀；衛生單位已針對個案活動地進行環境孳生源清除及接觸者追蹤，並給予個案及接觸者衛教。
疾管署監測資料顯示，國內今(2026)年截至7月13日累計1例確定病例，自泰國境外移入。我國自2016年迄今共確診31例茲卡病毒感染症病例，均為境外移入，感染地多為東南亞國家(占81%)，分別為泰國8例、越南6例、菲律賓、緬甸及馬來西亞各3例、馬爾地夫2例、印尼、新加坡、聖文森及格瑞那丁、聖露西亞、美國(佛羅里達州邁阿密)及安哥拉各1例。
全球茲卡病毒感染症疫情自2016年截至2026年累計至少影響97個國家，目前發生率已遠低於流行高峰期，且約有80%感染者無症狀，疫情多集中於美洲。美洲今年截至6月下旬累計逾1.1萬例，疫情以巴西、阿根廷及玻利維亞為高；
