疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（6月10日）、「今年（2025年）台湾で新たに腸病毒感染症の重症患者2例が増えた。南部の新生児の女児（症例1）及び私生児の男児（症例2）であり、いずれも5月下旬に発症；症例1は生後6日目に昏睡や哺乳困難となり、翌日には低体温や肝機能異常、血液凝固障害（低下）などの敗血症症状を呈し；症例2は生後3日目に呼吸困難や活動力の低下、徐脈が出現し、髄膜炎と診断されたが；報告と検査の結果、2人はエコーウイルス11型（E-11）への感染による重症例と確認され、現在も新生児集中治療室（NICU）で治療を受けている」と発表した。
疾管署のモニタリングデータによると、最近流行が緩やかに増加しており、第23週（6月1日～6月7日）の外来受診者数は5,166人回で、前週の4,727人に比べ9.3％増加している。直近4週の実験室におけるモニタリングでは、流行している腸病毒は主にエコーウイルス11型であり、これにコクサッキーA6型やA16型、A2型が次いでいるが市中では他の腸病毒の活動も見られている。今年は、重症の腸病毒感染者が計6例（うち死者は3例）が確認されているが、内訳はエコーウイルス11型が5例、コクサッキーB5型1例となっている。うち4例は生後1か月未満の新生児であり、今年の症例数は、2020～2024年同期の

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (June 10) that 2 new cases of enterovirus infection and severe illness have been reported in Taiwan this year (2025). They are a newborn girl (Case 1) and a newborn boy (Case 2) in the south, both of whom became ill in late May; Case 1 had lethargy and feeding difficulties on the sixth day after birth, and the next day he developed hypothermia, abnormal liver function, decreased coagulation function and other sepsis symptoms; Case 2 had breathing difficulties, decreased activity, bradycardia and other conditions on the third day after birth, and was diagnosed with meningitis; After the report and examination, the two cases were confirmed to be severe cases of Ebola virus type 11 (E-11) infection, and are still being treated in the neonatal intensive care unit.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(10)公布國內今(2025)年新增2例腸病毒感染併發重症病例，為南部1名新生女嬰(案1)及1名新生男嬰(案2)，均於5月下旬發病；案1於出生後第6天有嗜睡、餵食困難情形，隔日陸續出現低體溫、肝功能異常、凝血功能下降等敗血症徵候；案2於出生後第3天出現呼吸困難、活動力下降、心跳過緩等情形，經診斷為腦膜炎；2案經通報檢驗後確認均為伊科病毒11型感染併發重症，現仍於新生兒加護病房治療中。
