疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（5月20日）、「国内で新たにベトナムか
らの輸入麻疹症例2例が報告されたが、北部と中部の30代男性であり、いずれも4月末～5月初旬にベトナムへの渡航歴を有し、帰国後4日及び9日目に発症、病院の通報後に検査によって診断が確定した。国際的な麻疹の流行は深刻であり、国内でもまだ海外からに輸入症例が相次いでおり、もし、ベトナムなど麻疹の流行地に出かける際には自己防衛をしっかりし、帰国後に疑い症状が現れた場合、マスク着用の上すぐに病院を受診せねばならない。また、最近の麻疹クラスターも今（2025）年5月14日に監視機関が既に満了、新たな本土症例は出ていない」と発表した。
疾管署の統計では、今年（2025年）5月19日時点で、台湾では麻疹患者が累計36例報告されているが、年齢的には10歳未満から60代までであり、うち12例は国内感染、その他の24例は全てベトナムからの輸入症例となっている；本年の国内感染者数と輸入症例数は直近6年の同期最多となっている。さらに、世界的には麻疹の流行は深刻な状態にあり、ベトナムでは最近流行が緩やかになったとはいえ、症例数は未だに高いレベルにあり、今年4月下旬での累計数は既に8万1千例に達しているとともに、死亡例も引き続き発生している； 北米での流行は深刻であり、米国では今年5月15日時点で、ケンタッキー州での700例超をはじめ31の州で1,000例以上が報告されているが、カナダでは本年5月上旬時点で、オンタリオ州など9つの省で1千800人以上が報告されているが、アルバータ州では症例数が劇的に増加してい

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (20) that there were two new cases of measles imported from Vietnam last week. They were men in their 30s from northern and central Taiwan. Both had a history of traveling to Vietnam from late April to early May. They became ill 4 and 9 days after returning home, respectively. They were diagnosed after medical examinations. Due to the ongoing international measles epidemic, there have been continuous cases of measles imported from abroad in Taiwan recently. The public is reminded that if they plan to travel to Vietnam and other measles-endemic areas, they should take good care of themselves. If they have suspected symptoms after returning home, they should wear a mask and seek medical attention immediately. In addition, the recent domestic measles infection cluster event has expired on May 14, 2025, and there are no new local cases.
According to statistics from the CDC, as of May 19 this year (2025), there have been a total of 36 measles cases in Taiwan, with ages ranging from under 10 to over 60 years old, of which 12 were domestically infected cases and the other 24 were imported cases, all from Vietnam. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(20)日表示，國內上週新增2例麻疹越南境外移入病例，分別為北部及中部30多歲男性，皆於4月底至5月初有越南旅遊史，分別於返國後4天及9天發病，經就醫通報後採檢確診。由於國際間麻疹疫情持續，近期國內亦持續有境外移入病例，提醒民眾如計畫前往越南等麻疹流行地區應做好自我防護，返國後如出現疑似症狀應戴口罩速就醫。另近期國內麻疹感染群聚事件已於今(2025)年5月14日監測期滿，無新增本土病例。
疾管署統計，我國今(2025)年截至5月19日，累計36例麻疹病例，年齡介於未滿10歲至60多歲，其中12例為國內感染病例，另24例為境外移入病例，均自越南移入；今年國內感染及境外移入病例數為近6年同期最高。此外，國際間麻疹疫情嚴峻，越南近期疫情雖較為趨緩，惟病例數仍多，今年截至4月下旬累計已逾8.1萬例，並持續發生死亡案例；北美洲疫情嚴峻，美國今年截至5/15共31州通報逾1,000例病例，主要以德州報告700餘例為
