疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（7月1日）「台湾で重症の合併症を併発した腸病毒感染症症例が新たに1例確認されたが重症化して死亡した。患者は台湾北部の1か月未満男児だが、生後4日目に嗜睡や活力が低下するとともにチアノーゼが現れ、翌日には徐脈と呼吸困難が出現し、集中治療室での入院治療となったが、その後、心筋炎、肝炎、ショック、多臓器不全といった新生児敗血症症状が出現し、発症から3日目に死亡した。通報後の検査により、腸病毒感染症が合併症を併発して重症化したものと確認されたが感染したタイプについては検査中である」と発表した。
疾管署のモニタリングデータによると、第26週（6月22日～6月28日）の外来受診件数は6,696例で、前週の6,892例（宮本注： 前週の発表では6,772例）から2.8%とやや減少している。ただし、直近4週間の実験室モニタリングによると、市中ではエコーウイルス11型が腸病毒の多くを占めており、新生児の重症化リスクが続いている。今年は、既に腸病毒感染者が合併症により重症化した確診症例9例（死者6例含む）が報告されているが、直近6年の同期最高となっている；うち、新生児の重症腸病毒感染が合併症を起こし重症化した症例数は6例（死者5例を含む）確認されているが、エコーウイルス11型への感染が

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (July 1) that there was one new case of death from severe enterovirus infection in a newborn in the country. The baby was a boy less than one month old in the north. On the 4th day after birth, he developed lethargy, decreased activity and cyanosis. and developed bradycardia and dyspnea, the next day. He was admitted to the intensive care unit for treatment and subsequently developed symptoms of neonatal sepsis such as myocarditis, hepatitis, shock, and multiple organ failure, abd died on the third day after the onset. The reported test confirmed that he was seriously ill with enterovirus infection. The infection type is being tested.
According to the CDC’s monitoring data, the number of visits for enterovirus has continued to increase recently. In the 26th week (June 22 to June 28), there were 6,696 outpatient visits, slightly decreasing by 2.8% from the previous week (6,892). However, laboratory monitoring in the past four weeks showed that enterovirus in the community was mostly Echovirus 11, and new severe cases of Echovirus 11 infection in newborns continued to be reported, and the risk of severe neonatal illness continued. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(1)日公布國內新增1例新生兒腸病毒感染併發重症死亡病例，為北部未滿1個月男嬰，出生後第4天出現嗜睡、活動力下降及發紺情形，隔日出現心搏過緩及呼吸困難症狀，收住加護病房治療，並接續出現心肌炎、肝炎、休克、多重器官衰竭等新生兒敗血症徵候，於發病後第3天死亡，經通報檢驗確認為腸病毒感染併發重症，感染型別檢驗中。
依據疾管署監測資料顯示，第26週(6月22日至6月28日)門急診就診計6,696人次，較前一週(6,892人次)略降2.8%。惟近四週實驗室監測顯示社區腸病毒以伊科病毒11型為多且持續新增新生兒感染伊科病毒11型通報重症病例，新生兒重症發生風險持續。今年已累計9例腸病毒感染併發重症確定病例(含6例死亡)，仍為近6年同期最高；其中新生兒腸病毒感染併發重症確定病例累計6例 (含5例死亡)，分別為感染伊科病毒11型5例及腸病毒分
