疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（6月17日）、「国内における新生児の腸病毒流行は深刻であり、新生児の感染による重症化や死亡例が相次いでいるが、今年（2025年）に確認された腸病毒感染による重症合併症例数は計7例となり、そのうち5例はエコーウイルス11型による新生児感染で、4例が死亡している。このタイプのウイルスが新生児に感染するとより重篤な症状を示すことがよくあり、疾管署は、流行期間中、新生児がいる家庭に対し、感染防止のため、訪問客や親戚、友人が新生児を抱きしめたりキスしたりすることを避けるよう呼びかけている」と発表した。
疾管署は、「先週、台湾で腸病毒感染症の合併症による新たな重症症例が1例確認された。患者は台湾南部の新生児で、生後3日目に発熱と呼吸困難を呈し、医療センターの新生児集中治療室に転送され、その後、ショックや血小板の減少、肝炎、心筋炎、多臓器不全といった新生児敗血症の症状を呈し、通報の後、エコーウイルス11型への感染により合併症をおこしたことにより重症化したことが確認され現在も集中治療室に入院治療中である。また、今年6月10日に発表されたエコーウイルス11型による重症死亡例2例が出た。疾管署のモニタリングデータによると、最近、腸病毒による病院受診者数が緩やかに増加しており、第24週（6月8日～6月14日）の外来受診者数は6,009人回で、前週の5,257人回から14.3%増加している。今年は、重症の腸病毒感染確診症例が計7例確認され、うちエコーウイルス11型が6例、コクサッキーB5型が1例出ている：今年の腸病毒感染による合併症の重症者数は依然として過去6年間の同

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (June 17) that the domestic neonatal enterovirus epidemic is severe, and there are continuous cases of severe illness or death caused by neonatal infection. This year (2025), a total of 7 confirmed cases of enterovirus infection with severe symptoms, 5 of which were neonatal infection with Echovirus type 11, and 4 deaths. This type of virus often infects newborns with more severe symptoms. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(17)日表示，國內新生兒腸病毒疫情嚴峻，持續有新生兒感染引發重症或死亡病例發生，今(2025)年累計7例腸病毒感染併發重症確定病例中，5例為新生兒感染伊科病毒11型，且造成4例死亡。該型別病毒感染新生兒後病情常較為嚴重，疾管署呼籲新生兒腸病毒流行期間，如家中有新生兒，建議儘量謝絕訪客、親朋好友對新生兒勿抱抱親親，以免造成傳染。
疾管署公布國內上週新增1例腸病毒感染併發重症病例，為南部新生男嬰，於出生後第3天出現發燒及呼吸窘迫情形，轉至醫學中心新生兒加護病房治療，後續出現休克、血小板下降、肝炎、心肌炎、多重器官衰竭等新生兒敗血症徵候，經通報檢驗後確認為伊科病毒11型感染併發重症，目前仍於加護病房住院治療中。另新增2例感染伊科病毒 11 型重症死亡病例，為今年6月10日公布之個案。依據疾管署監測資料顯示，近期腸病毒就診人次呈緩升趨勢，第24週(6月8日至6月14日)門急診就診計6,009人次，較前一週(5,257人次)上升14.3%。今年累計
