疾病管制署は本日（6月12日）、「高雄市内でデング熱の院内集団感染が発生したが、疾管署は、既に高雄市内の各種予防対策活動支援のため、機動感染症対策チームを設置している。
衛生単位の疫学調査によると、関連症例には共通の活動歴があり、既に衛生単位が患者の居住地および活動区域周辺環境における蚊の密度調査を実施し、蚊の繁殖地を駆除しており、近隣の住民には健康状態の自己観察を促している。
同時に、地元の医療機関には警戒レベルを高め、市民には感染拡大防止のため、衛生単位の予防対策措置へのご協力を要請している」と発表した。
疾管署は、「この集団感染のインデックスケースは、高雄市三民区の70代女性で、慢性疾患の既往歴があり、5月29日に体調不良のため入院したが6月10日には退院し、翌6月11日、発熱やめまいなどの症状のため再入院したが、検査により、デング熱2型陽性と診断された。
現在、同居している家族には疑わしい症状はなく、衛生単位による疫学的調査と検査の拡大により、インデックスケースの入院中に隣接する病棟でさらに4人のデング熱陽性患者が確認され、クラスター事案とされた。
衛生単位は、該当症例の潜伏期間および感染可能期間中の接触者を特定しており、潜在的な感染者を特定するために検査を拡大する計画である」としている。
疾管署のデータによると、今年（2026年）6月12日時点で、デング熱の確定症例は累計で74例となっており、うち6例は国内感染例で、いずれも高雄市在住者だった；
他の68例は輸入症例で、いずれも東南アジアおよび南アジア諸国からのもので、インドネシア（21例）が最多、これにモルディブ（14例）、ベトナム（9例）が続いており、今年の累計症例数は昨年（2025年）同期の78例に相当、2024年同期の271例よりは少なくなっている。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (June 12) that a dengue fever cluster outbreak has occurred at a hospital in Kaohsiung City. CDC has established a mobile epidemic prevention team to support various prevention and control efforts in Kaohsiung City.
According to the health authorities’ epidemic investigation, the cases share a common activity history. Health authorities have conducted mosquito density surveys and eliminated breeding grounds in the area surrounding the individual’s residence and activity areas, and promote self-health monitoring among nearby residents.
At the same time,
local medical institutions are urged to raise their awareness of the epidemic and the public is encouraged to cooperate with health authorities in prevention and control measures to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
The CDC stated that the index case of this cluster case is a woman in her 70s from Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City, with a history of chronic disease, and was hospitalized due to illness on May 29 but discharged on June 10. on June 11, she was hospitalized again due to fever, dizziness and other symptoms.
After examination, she was diagnosed with dengue fever type 2 on June 11. The family members living together currently have no suspected symptoms. 疾病管制署今(12)日公布高雄市發生一起醫院登革熱群聚事件，疾管署成立機動防疫隊，支援高雄市各項防治工作。依衛生單位疫情調查，相關個案具共同活動史，衛生單位已針對個案居住地及活動地周圍環境進行病媒蚊密度調查及孳生源清除等防治工作，宣導附近居民自我健康監測，同時請當地醫療院所提高通報警覺，呼籲民眾配合衛生單位防治措施，防範疫情擴散。
疾管署表示，本群聚案指標個案為高雄市三民區70多歲女性，具慢性病史，5月29日因病住院，6月10日出院，6月11日因發燒、頭暈等症狀再次住院，經採檢確診登革熱第二型，同住家人目前無疑似症狀。
經衛生單位擴大疫情調查及採檢，指標個案住院期間相鄰病室再檢出登革熱陽性確診者4例，研判為一起群聚案件。衛生單位已匡列相關個案潛伏期及可傳染期間接觸者並規劃擴大採檢，以找出潛在感染者。
疾管署監測資料顯示，今(2026)年截至6月12日，累計74例登革熱確定病例，其中6例為本土病例，居住地均為高雄市；
另68例境外移入，均自東南亞及南亞國家移入，以印尼(21例)為多，其次為馬爾地夫(14例)及越南(9例)，
