疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（3月31日）、「台湾で新たに輸入麻疹症例2例が報告された。症例1は、台湾北部の50代台湾籍女性で、今年（2026年）1月下旬から2月上旬にかけ、米国ニューヨークにいたが、台湾帰国後に14日間発熱が生じたが、皮疹はなかった。3月上旬になって、脳炎に似た意識障害を呈し、救急外来を受診した。病院で麻疹の疑いありと診断され、検査により診断が確定した。衛生単位は接触者339人を特定しており、4月4日まで経過観察が継続される予定だ。
症例2は、北部の30代インド籍男性だが、今年1月中旬から2月下旬にかけてインドに帰国しており、台湾に戻ってから16日の間に咳や咽頭痛、発熱、結膜炎及び紅疹などの症状が現れ、2度の病因受診後に報告と検査によって診断が確定した。 衛生単位は既に接触者計719人を特定しており、4月7日まで経過観察が継続される予定だ」と発表した。
疾管署は、「今年3月30日までの時点で、台湾では1歳未満から50代までの麻疹患者計6例が報告されているが うち2例が国内感染、残り4例はベトナムやマレーシア、米国およびインドからの各1例となっている。世界的な麻疹の流行は続いており、アジアでは、ベトナムやマレーシア、インドネシア、日本、シンガポール及びカザフスタンなどで、昨2025年から現在まで症例報告が続いている；
米州でも多くの国家でメキシコや米国およびカナダで症例の報告が多くなされており、うち、メキシコでの流行は深刻で、今年3月26日までに既に8千例超の報告がされている。 米国では今年3月26日までに既に1500例超の患者が報告されており、流行は主にサウスカロライナ州、ユタ州、テキサス州に集中している；欧州では今年1月計12か国で173例が報告されているが、イタリアやスペインが多い」と指摘している。
疾管署は「国際的な麻疹の流行は継続しており、我々は既にカザフスタンやインドネシア、アンゴラ、メキシコ、イエメン、パキスタン、ベトナム、インドに対しては渡航勧告レベル2の「警戒」（Alert）を発令しており、現地では予防措置を強化するよう求める；その他30か国をレベル1の「注意（Watch）」

The Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced two new confirmed imported cases of measles in Taiwan today (March 31).
Case 1 involves
a Taiwanese woman in her 50s from northern Taiwan. She traveled to New York, USA, from late January to early February this year (2026). After returning to Taiwan, she had a fever for 14 days but no rash. In early March, she developed symptoms resembling encephalitis, including altered mental status. She went to the emergency room and was subsequently diagnosed with measles by the hospital. The health unit has listed a total of 339 contacts and will monitor them until April 4.
Case 2 is
an Indian man in his 30s from northern Taiwan. He returned to India from mid-January to late February this year. After returning to Taiwan, he developed symptoms such as cough, sore throat, fever, conjunctivitis and rash over the next 16 days. After seeking medical attention twice, he was reported and tested positive. Health authorities have identified a total of 719 contacts, and monitoring is expected to continue until April 7.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(31)日公布國內新增2例境外移入麻疹確定病例。
案1為北部50多歲本國籍女性，今(2026)年1月下旬至2月上旬前往美國紐約，返國後14天有發燒但未出疹，3月初出現意識不清疑似腦炎症狀，至醫院急診，後由醫院通報疑似麻疹並經檢驗確診，衛生單位已匡列其接觸者共339名，將監測至4/4。
案2為北部30多歲印度籍男性，今年1月中旬至2月下旬返回印度，返臺後16天陸續出現咳嗽、喉嚨痛、發燒、結膜炎及紅疹等症狀，經2次就醫後通報採檢確診，衛生單位已匡列其接觸者共719名，預計監測至4/7。
疾管署指出，我國今年截至3/30，累計6例麻疹病例，年齡介於未滿1歲至50多歲，其中2例為國內感染病例，另4例為境外移入病例，感染國家為越南、馬來西亞、美國及印度各1例。
全球麻疹疫情持續，亞洲如越南、馬來西亞、印度、印尼、日本、新加坡及哈薩克等國家，自去(2025)年迄今持續有病例發生；美洲今年多個國家亦持續出現疫情，以墨西哥、美國及加拿大報告病例數為多，其中墨西哥疫情嚴峻，今年截至3/26已報告逾8千例，美國今年截至3/26已報告逾1,500例，疫情主要分布於南卡羅來納州、猶他州及德州；歐洲今年1月共計12國報告173例病例，病例數以義大利、西班牙為多。
疾管署提醒，國際麻疹疫情持續，疾管署已針對哈薩克、印尼、安哥拉、墨西哥、葉門、巴基斯坦 、越南及印度發布旅遊疫情建議等級第二級：警示(Alert)，請民眾對當地採取加強防護；
