疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（12月16日）、「2025年12月15日の時点で、インフルエンザの公費ワクチン接種者数は約648万5千人回となり、COVID-19ワクチンの累計接種回数は約154万人回に達しているが、これにはノババックス社製JN.1ワクチンの接種回数約3万人回が含まれている。
さらに、今年のインフルエンザワクチンの公費接種プログラムへの熱心な反響を受け、65歳以上の高齢者や未就学児といった高リスクグループの予防接種率をより高め、重症化率と死亡率を低減させるため、疾管署は、既に公的資金によるインフルエンザワクチン15万人回分を追加調達しており、ワクチンは12月15日から相次ぎ配送されており、今週中には完了の予定だ。
年末は集まりやイベントが多くなるため感染リスクが高まるため、さらにワクチンを接種しても十分な予防効果を得るまでに約2週間が必要だということもあり、接種対象者には早急にワクチンの接種を推奨する」と発表した。
疾管署の監視データによれば、今年第50週（12月7日～12月13日）のインフルエンザ様外来・救急受診者数は85,374人回で、前週と同水準であった；
更に先週（12月9日～12月15日）、合併症併発による重症患者は10例（H1N1型1例、H3N2型9例）、および死者は2例（H1N1型1例、未分類A型1例）出ている。
実験室のモニタリングデータによると、社会で現在流行っている呼吸器病原体は主にインフルエンザウイルスで、A/H3N2が最も多く、これにB型とA/H1N1型が次いでいる。
今年（2025～2026年）のインフルエンザシーズンでは、重症患者が計380例（H1N1型109例、H3N2型264例、未分類のA型3例、B型4例）発生しており、死亡者は68例（H1N1型22例、H3N2型44例、未分類のA型1例、B型1例）だったが、うち、重症患者の大部分は65歳以上（64%）と慢性疾患の既往歴のある人（83%）が多くを占め、92％が今シーズンのインフルエンザワクチン未接種であった。
インフルエンザは世界中で活発化しており、現在主流となっている株はH3N2であり、最近の観測データによると、多くの国ではK系統の株が検出されている。
中国では総じて上昇の趨勢にあるが、中でも南方では上昇が続いており、北方はピークからやや減少しており、隣国の日本と韓国ではピークを迎えているが、この2週間は減少傾向にあり、タイやベトナムなど東南アジアの一部の国では9月中旬からインフルエンザの流行期に入り、インフルエンザの症例が増加している；
東・北・南西ヨーロッパやアジア、西アフリカ、北/中米、カリブ海地域ではインフルエンザが増加している。
疾管署は、「国内のCOVID-19は現在、低水準で推移しており、第50週には、COVID-19関連の外来および救急外来の受診者数は1,116人回で、前週と同様のレベルにあるが、主要な変異株はNB.1.8.1であった；
先週は、重症化を伴うCOVID-19の市中感染例が1例でたが、本土死亡症例は0例だった。
今年10月以降、重症患者を伴ったCOVID-19の本土症例数は計42例、5例が死亡しているが、重症者の大部分は65歳以上の高齢者（60%）と慢性疾患の既往歴を持つ人（81%）が多く、95%が今シーズンのワクチン接種を受けていなかった。
世界的には、COVID-19の陽性率は、緩やかに上昇しているが、中国や香港、日本、韓国などの近隣国家・地域では、流行が下降或いは低いレベルにあり、カナダでの流行も下降しているが、欧州ではやや増加している。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (December 16) that as of December 15, 2025, approximately 6.485 million people have received the publicly funded influenza vaccine, however, the cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccine doses is approximately 1.54 million, of which approximately 30,000 doses are of the Novavax JN.1 vaccine.
In addition, considering the enthusiastic response to this year’s publicly funded influenza vaccination, in order to further increase the vaccination rate of high-risk groups such as the elderly aged 65 and above and preschool children, and reduce the risk of severe illness and death, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has purchased an additional 150,000 doses of publicly funded influenza vaccine, which will be delivered in batches starting from December 15 this year and is expected to be completed this week. As year-end gatherings and events may increase the risk of disease transmission, and it takes about two weeks for a vaccine to provide sufficient protect.

According to laboratory monitoring data, the data shows that the respiratory pathogens currently circulating in the community are mainly influenza viruses, with type A H3N2 being the most common, followed by type B and type A H1N1.

The overall epidemic situation in China is on the rise, with continued increases in the south, while the north has peaked but is showing a slight decline.
Neighboring countries Japan and South Korea are at their peak, but have shown a downward trend over the past two weeks. Some Southeast Asian countries (such as Thailand and Vietnam) have entered their active period since mid-September, with an increase in influenza cases.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(16)日表示，截至今(114)年12月15日，公費流感疫苗接種數約648.5萬人次，新冠疫苗接種累計約154萬人次，其中Novavax JN.1疫苗接種約3萬人次。
另考量今年度公費流感疫苗接種情形踴躍，為進一步提升65歲以上長者及學齡前幼兒等高風險族群接種率，降低重症與死亡風險，疾管署已再增購15萬劑公費流感疫苗，自今年12月15日起陸續配送，預計於本週完成配送。
因年末聚會活動多可能增加疾病傳播風險，而疫苗接種約需2週才能獲得足夠保護力，提醒符合接種資格民眾，儘速接種。
依據疾管署監測資料顯示，第50週(12/7-12/13)類流感門急診就診計 85,374人次，與前一週相當；
另上週(12/9-12/15)新增10例流感併發重症病例(1例H1N1、9例H3N2)及2例死亡(1例H3N2、1例A未分型)。
依實驗室監測資料顯示，目前社區中流行之呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為主，其中以A型H3N2為多，其次為B型及A型H1N1。

疾管署說明，國內新冠疫情目前處低點波動，第50週新冠門急診就診計1,116人次，與前一週相當，主流變異株為NB.1.8.1；
上週新增1例新冠併發重症本土病例，無新增本土病例死亡。今年10月起累計42例新冠併發重症
