疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（9月25日）、「流行監視データによると、国内のインフルエンザは流行期に入り、今後数週間にわたり全体的に増加傾向が続くと予想されており、10月は今回のインフルエンザの波にとって比較的ピークとなるため、2025年10月1日～31日まで、公費負担による抗インフルエンザウイルス薬（以下「公費医薬品」）の支給対象基準が「インフルエンザ様症状が有り且つ以下の特徴を有するインフルエンザのハイリスクグループ」に拡大された（添付資料参照）。また、避難所でのインフルエンザのクラスター発生を防ぐため、本日より、花蓮県馬太安渓堰止湖被災避難所の入居者も公費による医薬品の使用拡大の対象に含めることとした。さらに公費によるインフルエンザ予防接種は、当初本年10月1日に開始予定でしたが、災害復興施設関係者（避難所の入居者および職員を含む；緩やかな基準を適用）への早期接種を優先することとし、疾管署が必要なワクチンを追加提供し、花蓮県衛生局は、円滑な接種プロセスを確保し、被災者施設の入居者の健康を守り、インフルエンザの影響軽減のために、予防接種プロセスを慎重に計画・調整している。
1. 医療機関の防疫関係者（登録医療従事者および医療機関の非医療関係者を含む）。
2. 老人ホーム、長期療養施設（サービス）等の施設入所者およびそのスタッフ。
3. 幼稚園や保育園の保育士や家庭保育従事者（ベビーシッター等）。
4. 幼稚園、小学校、中学校、高等学校、専門学校、高等専門学校の1～3年生の生徒。
5. インフルエンザの重症化リスクが高い人とその同居者、または介護者。
6. 畜産・養鶏業など関連産業の従事者、動物園職員、動物衛生検疫職員。
7. その他の人口が密集しやすい（軍営などの）施設で働く人」と発表した。

In response to the flu season, the eligibility criteria for free antiviral medication will be expanded from October 1 to October 31. Furthermore, starting today (September 25), residents of the temporary shelters in Taitzu Village, Hualien County, affected by the dam breach in Mataian Creek will receive priority access to these medications and will be given priority for free flu vaccinations.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) stated today (September 25) that, based on epidemic monitoring data, influenza is currently in its peak season in Taiwan, and is expected to continue an upward trend for the next few weeks. October is projected to be the peak period for this influenza outbreak. Therefore, starting October 1 and continuing through October 31, the eligibility criteria for free antiviral medication for influenza will be expanded to include “individuals with flu-like symptoms who belong to high-risk groups for influenza transmission” (as listed in the attachment). Furthermore, to prevent influenza outbreaks in temporary shelters, residents of the temporary shelter for those affected by the Mataian dam breach in Hualien County will also be included in the expanded eligibility for free antiviral medication, starting today. Additionally, the free influenza vaccination program, originally scheduled to begin on October 1, will prioritize vaccinations for staff and residents of the temporary shelter in Guangfu Township (with a broad definition of eligibility). The additional vaccines needed will be provided by the CDC, and the Hualien County Health Bureau will be responsible for planning and organizing the vaccination process to ensure smooth operations and protect the health of those in the temporary shelter, thereby mitigating the impact of the influenza outbreak.
1. Healthcare workers involved in disease prevention and control (including licensed medical professionals and non-medical staff in hospitals and medical facilities).
2. Residents and staff and residents of nursing homes, long-term care facilities.
3. Kindergarten and childcare staff, childcare facility professionals, and home-based childcare providers (nannies).
4. Students and children in kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school, vocational school, and junior college (1st to 3rd year).
5. Individuals living with or caring for those at high risk of severe influenza.
6. Workers in the livestock and poultry farming industries, zoo staff, and animal health inspectors.
7. Individuals working in other densely populated facilities (such as military camps) where outbreaks are likely to occur.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(9/25)日表示，依疫情監測資料顯示，國內流感已進入流行期，預估未來數週仍處整體上升趨勢，10月份將為此波流感疫情相對高點，故自今年10月1日起至10月31日止，擴大公費流感抗病毒藥劑(下稱公費藥劑)使用條件至「有類流感症狀，且具下列身分之流感高傳播族群」(如附件)，另為防範安置收容所爆發流感群聚疫情，自今日起，花蓮縣馬太鞍溪堰塞湖受災安置收容所民眾納入公費藥劑擴大使用對象。另原訂今年10月1日起開打公費流感疫苗，將優先提供光復安置收容處所相關人員(含收容所住民及工作人員；從寬認定)提前接種公費流感疫苗，所需額外疫苗由疾管署支應，並由花蓮縣衛生局妥善規劃與安排接種作業，確保作業流程順暢，以保障災後安置處所人員健康，降低流感疫情衝擊。
1.醫事單位之防疫相關人員(含具執業登記醫事人員及醫療院所非醫事人員)。
2.安養、長期照顧(服務)等機構之受照顧者及所屬工作人員。
3.幼兒園托育人員、托育機構專業人員及居家托育人員(保母)。
4.幼兒園、國小、國中、高中、高職、五專 1 至 3 年級學生。
5.與流感重症高風險族群同住或其照顧者。
6.禽畜養殖等相關行業工作人員、動物園工作人員及動物防疫人員。
7.其他人口密集機構(如軍營等)易發生群聚之人員。
