疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（2月10日）、「今年（2026年）2月9日までの時点で、インフルエンザの公費負担ワクチンは約673万5千人回接種されており（宮本注：台湾の接種ペースは約2万人/週）、台湾には約9万3千人回分が残っており、COVID-19ワクチンの累計接種回数は約165万6千人回、うち、ノババックス社製ワクチンの接種回数は約5万1千人回となっている。
最近の寒波襲来と春節入りで、人々の旅行が頻繁となり、呼吸器感染症の伝播リスクが増加する一方で、ワクチンの在庫が限られている状況であり、かつワクチンを接種しても十分な予防効果を得るまでに約2週間かかるため、65歳以上の高齢者や慢性疾患のあるハイリスクグループとなる接種対象者は、急いで連休前に予約をしてインフルエンザとCOVID-19のワクチン接種を急ぎ、健康に新年を迎えてほしい」と発表した。
疾管署は「春節期間中の感染症治療に対する国民ニーズと、救急・重症患者ケアのキャパシティと質のバランスをとるため、救急病院は春節初日から3日まで、感染症専門外来（以下、「専門外来」）を開設してほしい。これら外来では、呼吸器系や消化器系を含む様々な感染症を治療できる。2月6日発表の衛生局情報によると、計163病院が特別外来診療所を開設し、約1,372人回の外来診療を計画している（2月17日：447人回、2月18日：453人回、2月19日：472人回）（最新の情報については各県市衛生局の発表による）となっており、例年の外来診療件数を上回る数値となっている。

疾管署のデータによると、今年第5週（2月1日～7日）には、インフルエンザ様疾患による外来および救急外来の受診者数が110,870人回となり、前週比6.5%減少している；更に、先週（2月3日～9日）には、インフルエンザの重症合併症患者が新たに32例報告されたが、内訳は、H1N1型1例、A/H3N2型27例、B型4例及びインフルエンザによる合併症が重症化した死亡例3例（全てH3N2型）だった。
実験室の観測データによると、現在、社会で流行している呼吸器病原体はインフルエンザウイルスが主流であり、A/H3N2が最も多く、これにB型及びA/H1N1型が次いでいる。
今季（2025～2026年）のインフルエンザシーズンでは、累計で重症例529例（H1N1 型121例、H3N2 型388例、未分類のA型2例、B型18例）、及び死者97例（H1N1型24例、H3N2型71例、未分類A型1例、B型1例）が発生しているが、重症例の大部分（60%）は65歳以上、慢性疾患の既往歴を持つ人（82%）、ワクチン未接種者は84%であった。
インフルエンザ陽性率は世界的に減少傾向にあるものの、韓国や日本等近隣諸国では最近上昇傾向にあり、現在、韓国ではB型が、日本ではA/H3N2及びB型が同時流行している。さらに、アジアやヨーロッパ、北アフリカ、米州、カリブ海諸国の一部の国では、依然インフルエンザの陽性率が高い。世界的に最も多く流行しているインフルエンザの型はA/H3N2だが、中米ではA/H3N2とH1N1が同時流行している。
疾管署は、「国内のCOVID-19は現在、低水準で推移しており、第5週には、COVID-19関連の外来および救急外来の受診者数は1,035人回となり、前週より8.8％悪化した（これまでの下降傾向から増加に転）；先週は、重症化を伴うCOVID-19の市中感染例が3例でたが、死者は出ていない。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (Feb. 10) that, as of Feb. 9, 2026, approximately 6.735 million doses of publicly funded influenza vaccines have been administered, and about 93,000 doses remaining nationwide. The cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccinations administered is approximately 1.656 million, here, about 51,000 doses of Novavax vaccine is consumed.
With the recent cold snap and the approaching Lunar New Year holiday, people are frequently returning home for family reunions and traveling, increasing the risk of respiratory infectious disease transmission. Currently, the remaining supply of influenza vaccines is limited, and it takes about two weeks after vaccination to gain sufficient protection.
Eligible individuals, especially those over 65 years of age and high-risk groups with chronic diseases, are advised to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and influenza as soon as possible before the Lunar New Year holiday to ensure a healthy and happy holiday.
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) explained
that to balance the public’s demand for infectious disease care during the Lunar New Year holiday with the capacity and quality of emergency and critical care, emergency hospitals are encouraged to open special infectious disease clinics (hereinafter referred to as “special clinics”) from the first to the third day of the Lunar New Year.
These clinics can diagnose and treat various infectious diseases, including respiratory and gastrointestinal ones. According to the Health Bureau’s report on February 6, a total of 163 special outpatient hospitals have been established in coordination with the opening of these hospitals, with a planned total of approximately 1,372 outpatient visits [February 17 (Lunar New Year’s Day): 447 visits; February 18 (Lunar New Year’s Day 2): 453 visits; February 19 (Lunar New Year’s Day 3): 472 visits] (the latest information is subject to the announcements of the health bureaus of each county and city), which is higher than the number of outpatient visits in previous years.

Laboratory surveillance data shows that the predominant respiratory pathogen circulating in the community is the influenza virus, with H3N2 being the most common, followed by H1N1 and H1N1. This flu season (2014-2016) saw a cumulative total of 529 severe cases (121 H1N1, 388 H3N2, 2 unspecified A cases, and 18 B cases) and 97 deaths (24 H1N1, 71 H3N2, 1 unspecified A case, and 1 B case). 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(10)日表示，截至今(115)年2月9日，公費流感疫苗接種數約673.5萬人次，全國疫苗尚餘約9.3萬劑，新冠疫苗接種累計約165.6萬人次，其中Novavax疫苗接種約5.1萬人次。
因近日寒流來襲且臨近春節連假期間，民眾返鄉團聚及旅遊活動頻繁，呼吸道傳染病傳播風險增加，而目前流感疫苗剩餘量有限，且疫苗接種後約需2週才能獲得足夠保護力，提醒符合接種資格民眾，尤其是65歲以上長者及具慢性疾病等高風險族群儘速於春節連假前接種新冠及流感疫苗，健康過好年。
疾管署說明，為兼顧民眾農曆春節期間傳染病就醫需求及急重症醫療量能與品質，獎勵急救責任醫院於初一至初三開設傳染病特別門診(簡稱特別門診)，可診治呼吸道及腸胃道等多項傳染病。依衛生局2/6回報結果，配合開設特別門診醫院共計163家，規劃開設約1,372診次〔2/17(初一)：447診次、2/18(初二)：453診次、2/19(初三)：472診次〕(最新資訊依各縣市衛生局公告為準)，高於往年開設診次。
特別門診開設醫院及診次等相關就醫資訊，已公布於疾管署全球資訊網【春節防疫專區-各縣市春節傳染病特別門診查詢】( https://gov.tw/gvq )及各衛生局網站供民眾查詢。疾管署感謝地方政府及醫院通力合作，協調特別門診開設事宜，保障國人農曆春節期間就醫權益，並維護急重症醫療量能與品質。
依據疾管署監測資料顯示，今年第5週(2/1-2/7)類流感門急診就診計110,870人次，較前1週下降6.9%；另上週(2/3-2/9)新增32例流感併發重症病例(1例H1N1、27例H3N2、4例B型)及3例流感併發重症死亡(均為H3N2)。依實驗室監測資料顯示，目前社區中流行之呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為主，其中以A型H3N2為多，其次為B型及A型H1N1。
