疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（9月2日）、「台湾では先週（8月26日～9月1日）、デング熱の新たな症例が8例報告されたが、これら8例のうち6例は、高雄市鼓山区で発生したクラスター（感染者集団）で、発症日は8月25日～28日となっており；残り2例は高雄市三民区に居住しており、初発症例が8月28日に発熱や頭痛、筋肉痛などの症状を呈し、8月29日に病院を受診、検査を受けた結果、2型デング熱と診断され、もう1例が初発症例の同居家族であり、8月31日に検査を受けたところ、デングウイルス2型への感染が確認されたため、これは家族内のクラスターとされた。2名の症例には最近の海外旅行歴および鼓山区での活動歴がなく、感染源は未だ特定されていない」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (September 2) that Taiwan reported 8 new confirmed cases of dengue fever last week (August 26-September 1). 6 of 8 cases are clustered in Kaohsiung’s Gushan District, with onset dates between August 25 and 28 and the other 2 cases reside in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City. The index case developed symptoms including fever, headache, and muscle aches on August 28, after seeking medical attention and reporting for testing on August 29, he was diagnosed with dengue fever type 2, and since another family member of the index case was also diagnosed with dengue fever type 2 after testing on August 31, this is considered a family cluster. Since the two cases had no recent history of overseas travel or activity in Gushan District, the source of infection remains to be determined.
The CDC reminds us that it is currently dengue fever season. Recently, the weather has been sunny and hot across Taiwan, with frequent afternoon rains, which are conducive to the breeding and spread of mosquitoes. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(2)日公布國內上週(8/26-9/1)新增8例本土登革熱確定病例，其中6例為高雄市鼓山區群聚案，發病日介於8月25日至8月28日；另2例居住於高雄市三民區，其中指標個案於8月28日出現發燒、頭痛、肌肉痠痛等症狀，8月29日就醫並通報採檢後，確診為登革熱第二型，另一位為指標個案同住家人，8月31日接受採檢亦確診感染登革熱病毒第二型，研判為一起家庭群聚事件，因2名個案近期無國外旅遊史及鼓山區活動史，感染源尚待釐清。衛生單位持續針對確診個案住家及工作地周圍進行孳生源查核等相關防治工作。
依據疾管署統計，今(2025)年截至9/1累計12例本土登革熱確定病例，均居住高雄市，無重症及死亡病例；另累計155例境外移入病例，為近6年同期次高(介於7-193例)，多自東南亞國家移入，以印尼(53例)為多，其次為越南(35例)、菲律賓及泰國(各18例)。全球今年登革熱病例數累計逾394萬例，主要分布於美洲，其
