国家疾病预防控制局は10月11日、2025年9月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。

中国国家疾病预防控制局10月11日発表に基づき、2025年9月度（9月1日～30日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国における ヒト感染新亜型鳥インフルエンザ （2025年9月）：
2025年9月度分から突如感染症の項目名称と順位が変わりました！
- 乙類5の「ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ」から「ヒト感染新亜型鳥インフルエンザ」に変更、更に乙類No.26であった「鳥インフルエンザH7N9」もここに統合されました。
従来この乙05はH5N1のための欄だったのですが、今月から定義が変わり、
「ヒト感染新亜型インフルエンザにはH3N8やH5N1、H5N、H7N4、H7N9、H9N2、H10N3、H10N5、H10N8、ユーラシア鳥インフルエンザH1N1、および発見されたその他の新亜型ウイルスを含む」と変っています。
- つまり、『（2017年に第五の波を迎えてからなぜか患者が出ていない従来の乙類26であった）ヒト感染H7N9インフルエンザ』はついにここに含まれることになってしまい、インフルエンザのどの型が流行し始めたのか、衰退し始めたのかもわからなくなる形にされています。口の悪い友人は、「習近平が隠蔽したいだけだろう？」と表現しますが、仮に『新手のインフルエンザが現れていてそれを隠したいの』だとしたら残念ですね。
- 2025年9月度は、発症2・死亡0でした。 が、上記によりこの発症者2例がどのタイプのインフルエンザなのかが明らかにされず今後も悩みそうです。
＜＜これまでの「ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ」の定義：ご参考まで＞＞
- 中国における『ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ』という病名にはH5N6が含まれていないことを明示する情報『☞広西のヒト感染H5N6鳥インフルエンザ患者を注視 香港』を得たため、2頁目に新たなスライドを挿入しています。世界的にはH5N1感染者が次々報告されていますが、中国では 香港のCHPが死者発生を暴露しているのに中国衛生当局がこれを伏せているという状況は中国発表の数字に対する信頼感が損なわれている事実はうごかせない（参考URL：https://www.chp.gov.hk/files/pdf/2025_avian_influenza_report_vol21_wk21_chi.pdf）」。どうやら中国政府は国民には知らせようとせず、WHOにのみ通報していた模様です。22年、23年と各1例が発症し死亡したのに、中国政府は死者については『出ていないこと』にした形で年報を発表しています。

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Sept. 2025” issued on Oct. 11, 2025, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Human infection with new influenza subtype” in mainland China:
The names and rankings of infectious diseases have suddenly changed starting with the September 2025 issue!
* The classification has been changed from Class B No. 5, “Highly pathogenic avian influenza” to “Human infection with new influenza subtype” and Class B No. 26, “Avian influenza H7N9,” has also been merged into this classification.
Previously, this Category 05, was reserved for H5N1, but starting Octt. 2025, the definition has changed to read, “Human infection with new influenza subtype include H3N8, H5N1, H5N, H7N4, H7N9, H9N2, H10N3, H10N5, H10N8, Eurasian avian influenza H1N1, and other newly discovered new subtype viruses.”
* In other words, “Human-infectious H7N9 influenza (formerly Class B No. 26, which for some reason has not had any cases since the fifth wave in 2017)” has finally been included in this category, making it impossible to know which strain of influenza is beginning to spread or decline.
