国家疾病预防控制局は4月21日、2025年3月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布。

中国国家疾病预防控制局4月21日発表に基づき、2025年3月度（3月1日～31日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国における 『その他感染性下痢症』 （2025年3月）：
夏場と 冬場に ピーク。
2015年 年間 発症者数は、937,616例、2016年は 1,018,605例、2017年は 1,284,644例と 過去最高になった。
2018年は、1月と4月、5月、それに7～9月が『単月度として』過去10年のワースト記録となり、1,282,270例に。
2019年は、発症者1,335,627例、

2021年1,329,790例、
2022年 959,636例、
2023年 1,165,296例（リバウンド）
2024年は1月2月以外コロナ明け以後の最多レベルで推移した結果、速報ベースだが1,532,164例に激増。
3月から6月にかけてのピークを迎えるいわば「嵐の前の静けさ」なのか2025年3月度は、2009年以来のベスト2記録となる発症12,203（死亡0）例 となったが、6月にかけての大ピークがどの程度になるか次第で、年間発症者数はまだ推測不能。EV71用のワクチンを世界でいち早く開発・製造した中国では従来のような200万を超すような大波が来ることはもうなくなるのだろうか？

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Mar. 2025” issued on Apr. 21, 2025, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Other Infectious Diarrhea” in mainland China:
Its peak season is in summer and winter.
In 2015: 937,616 cases were reported.
In 2016: 1,018,605 cases were reported (keeping its increasing tendency).
In 2017: 1,284,644 cases.
In 2018: Though the accumulated number of the cases was 1,302,900 (this figure was about to be the worst record in the past 10 years at the end of the year 2018), 20630 cases were deleted by the authority as a result, official yearly record was 1,282,270 cases .
Yearly reported numbers of incidents are as follows:
Y 2019: 1,335,627,
Y 2020: 1,062,277,
Y 2021: 1,329,790,
Y 2022: 959,636,
Y 2023: 1,165,296,
Y 2024: 1,532,164 (flash number).
In March 2025, there are;
Diagnosed cases: 239,224 cases, the worst monthly record since 2009.
