中国国家疾病预防控制局3月11日発表に基づき、2026年2月度（2月1日～28日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。

中国における 『その他感染性下痢症』 （2026年2月）：

夏場と 冬場に ピーク。
夏場と冬場にピーク。2015年間発症者数は937,616例、2016年は1,018,605例、2017年1,284,644例、2018年1,282,270例。

2019年は1,335,627例、2020年1,062,277例、2021年1,329,790例、2022年は959,636例と微減、2023年は1,165,296例にリバウンド。

2024年は1月と2月以外コロナ明け以後の最多レベルで推移した結果、1,525,517例（確報）に激増。

2025年度も各月共に異常な多さが目だち、2024年度確報を100万例近く上回る2,413,827例という結果に。 

2026年2月度は2009年以来の単月ベスト記録となる発症22,708（死亡1）例に。けた違いの減少の理由は謎だが。。

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Feb.2026” issued on Mar. 11, 2026, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).

“Other Infectious Diarrhea” in mainland China:

Peaks occur in summer and winter.

The annual number of cases in 2015 was 937,616, and in 2016 it was 1,018,605, followed by 1,284,644 in 2017, 1,282,270 in 2018, 1,335,627 in 2019, 1,062,277 in 2020, and 1,329,790 in 2021. Then in 2022, the number of cases decreased slightly to 959,636, but rebounded to 1,165,296 in 2023.

Yearly reported numbers of incidents are as follows:

In 2024, except for January and February, the number of cases remained at the highest level since the end of COVID-19, resulting in a sharp increase to 1,525,517 cases (confirmed)

There were also unusually high numbers of cases in each month in 2025,, with the total number of cases reaching 2,413,827, nearly 1 million more than the confirmed cases for 2024.

In January 2026, 66,264 cases (0 deaths) were reported, making it the sixth-highest monthly number since 2009..

中国的 『 其它感染性腹泻病 』 ：
高峰期出现在夏季和冬季。 2015年全年病例数为937,616例，2016年为1,018,605例，2017年为1,284,644例，2018年为1,282,270例，2019年为1,335,627例，2020年为1,062,277例，2021年为1,329,790例。
2021年确诊病例1,329,790例。
2022年病例数略有下降至959,636例，但2023年反弹至1,165,296例。

2024年，除1月和2月外，病例数保持在新冠疫情结束以来的最高水平，导致确诊病例数急剧上升至1,525,517例。
2025 年，每个月的病例数也异常高，病例总数达到 2,413,827 例，比 2024 年的确诊病例数多出近 100 万例。

2026 年 2 月新增病例数降至历史最低点 22,708 例（1 例死亡），这是自 2009 年以来单月新增病例数最低的记录。这一急剧下降的原因至今仍是个谜。。
