国家疾病预防控制局は1月9日、2025年12月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。
中国国家疾病预防控制局1月9日発表に基づき、2025年12月度（12月1日～31日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国 乙04： B型肝炎（2025年12月度）：
B型肝炎も中国における性感染症（STD）の一つである。
ウィルス性肝炎の中でも主要なものであるB型肝炎は2018年の999,984人から2019年の1,992,792人と年末調整で70万人を『増やした』形に（患者を増やすというのは珍しい）。 2020年度は114万人から23万人が『消去』されて90万人にされ、本来の姿に戻った。
2022年年報では、ウイルス性肝炎の個別実績が報告されなくなってしまい、月報累計でのみ追跡できないのでは？と思わされたが、2023年の年報によると詳細情報が復活したがまた37万7千人もが削除されています。2024年度も4万6千例と大幅カットされ1,174,288例に（確報）。
2025年12月度は2009年以来の単月ワースト3となる発症109,580（死者は39）例に。

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Dec. 2025” issued on Jan. 9, 2025, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).

Hepatitis B, the most common type of viral hepatitis, increased by 700,000 people in the year-end adjustment, from 999,984 cases in 2018 to 1,992,792 cases in 2019 (it is rare for the number of patients to increase). In fiscal 2020, 230,000 people were “erased” from 1.14 million to 900,000, returning to the original figure.
In the 2022 annual report, individual cases of viral hepatitis were no longer reported, leading one to believe that tracking was only possible using monthly cumulative totals. However, in the 2023 annual report, detailed information was restored, but 377,000 cases had been deleted. In 2024, the number of cases was also significantly reduced by 46,000 to 1,174,288 (confirmed report).
