中国 国家疾病预防控制局は 08月28日 、2024年7月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を発布。

中国における 『日本脳炎』 （2024年 7月）：
日本脳炎は中国では 乙型脳炎（B型脳炎）と呼ばれる。 蚊に刺されることで感染するため、夏場に患者が多くなる。
2016年は、 2015年の 2倍を超える 1237人となり、
2017年は 月報累計に173人が足され 『年末調整』により 1,417人となった。
2018年度は発症者数 1800人。2019年に発症者数416人となり、2020年288人、2021年207人、2022年は146人、2023年235人（速報ベース）と減少から増加にリバウンド？。
2024年7月度も2009年以来ベスト記録の発症10（死亡0）人と低いレベルが続く。本当にこれだけ？と疑いたくなるが中国の蚊対策の成果で本当にコガタアカイエカが消滅してしまったのだろうか？。

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, July 2024” issued on Aug. 28, 2024, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Japanese Encephalitis” in mainland China:
Since this Infectious disease is infected through mosquito, the case being diagnosed will increase in the summer season.
From the third peak of 2007, Diagnosed cases and death is decreasing year by year.
Followings are year-base number of incidents;
2016: 1237 (more than doubled when compared to 2016),
2017: 1244,
2017: 1417,
2018: 1800,
2019: 416,
2020: 288,
2021: 207,
2022: 146,
2023: 235(accum. number of monthly report)
July 2024, there were
Diagnosed cases: 10 cases, the 2nd-best monthly record since 2009,
