国家疾病预防控制局は10月11日、2025年9月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布。

中国国家疾病预防控制局10月11日発表に基づき、2025年9月度（9月1日～30日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国における 『日本脳炎』 （2025年9月）：
日本脳炎は中国では乙型脳炎（B型脳炎）と呼ばれる。 蚊に刺されることで感染するため、夏場に患者が多くなる。
2016年は、2015年の 2倍を超える 1237人となり、
2017年は1,417人となった。
2018年度は1800人に調整された（7％強の削除：前年比では27％増）。2019年に発症者数416人（死者数13人）となり、2020年288例、2021年207例、2022年146例、2023年205例、2024年146例（速報ベース）となり、減少から増加した直後にまた減少？
2025年9月度は、2009年以後の単月ベスト記録4となる発症66（死亡3）例と相変わらず低いレベルが続く。数は少ないものの昨年を約150例近く上回っている点に注意。広東省でチクングニア熱の本土症例が爆発（既に減少している！）している中で、本当にこれだけ？と疑いたくなるが、中国の蚊対策により本当に蚊（コガタアカイエカ）が消滅してしまった？
とのとの私の疑問に「Wolbachiaによるデング熱減少はもはや”常識”だと思っていた！」と知人医師からメールバックがあり、「その最大成果を出したのはシンガポールだ」ということも教えていただきました。

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Sept. 2025” issued on Oct. 11, 2025, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Japanese Encephalitis” in mainland China:
Since this Infectious disease is infected through mosquito, the case being diagnosed will increase in the summer season.
From the third peak of 2007, Diagnosed cases and death is decreasing year by year.
Followings are year-base number of incidents;
2016: 1237 (more than doubled when compared to 2016),
2017: 1244,
2017: 1417,
2018: 1800,
2019: 416,
2020: 288,
2021: 207,
2022: 146,
2023: 205,
2024: 146.

Diagnosed cases: 66 cases (the 4th-best monthly record since 2009),
Although the number is small, it is important to note that it is nearly 150 more than last year.
