国家疾病预防控制局は 1月9日、2025年12月度の全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。

中国国家疾病预防控制局 1月9日発表に基づき、2025年12月度（12月1日～31日分）のデータを加え、2008年からの推移、月別発症・死亡者数の推移をグラフ化しています。
中国における 『炭疽』 （2025年12月）：
毎年200～300例の患者が出ているが、月別に見ると７～8月ごろが ピーク。
2015年の発症者数は288人、2016年は374人。2017年は318人となった（前年確定患者数の7％減）。過去の推移をみると一旦2012年から2013年にかけて減少後、毎年ほぼ50人ずつ増えていたが2017年でこの傾向には一旦終止符。2019年は297例、2020年224例と減少も、2021年は年間392例に倍増。2022年は349例とやや減少するも2023年には434例とリバウンド。2024年も471例（確報）と増加。
2025年12月度は、やや良化し、2009年以後の単月ワースト7記録となる発症者23（死者0）例となり、累計ベースでは476例と『過去最悪の結果』に。。

According to the National Administration of Disease Control and Prevention (NDCPA)’s monthly report of “Reportable Infectious Disease in China, Dec. 2025” issued on Jan. 9, 2025, we visualized the past several years’ diagnosed cases / Death case in several slides (PDF style).
“Anthrax” in mainland China:
Around 200 ~ 300 cases are diagnosed every year in China.
Its high season is July and August.
In recent years, about 50 cases / year are increasing. This tendency, however, has stopped in the year 2017. In the year 2018, the number was increased and we have to watch each month’s cases from now on.
Yearly diagnosed cases-wise, in the year
2015: 288 cases
2016: 374 cases
2017: 318 cases
2018: 336 cases
2019: 297 cases
2020: 224 cases
2021: 392 cases
2022: 349 cases
2023: 434 cases
2024: 471 cases (Confirmed)
2025: 481 cases (flash number)
The number of cases in 2015 was 288, and 374 in 2016. In 2017, the number reached 318 (a 7% decrease from the previous year’s confirmed cases). Looking at past trends, after a decrease from 2012 to 2013, the number increased by approximately 50 cases each year, but this trend came to an end in 2017. Although there were decreases to 297 cases in 2019 and 224 cases in 2020, the number doubled to 392 cases in 2021. The number is expected to decrease slightly to 349 cases in 2022, but rebound to 434 cases in 2023. It will also increase in 2024, with 471 confirmed cases.
