2025年10月 （10月1日00：00 ～ 10月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は1,191,646例（宮本注：前月は785,983例；405,663例増）、死者数は2,054例（前月は2,308例； 254例減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで3例が発症しているが死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症263,784例 （前月は332,320例： 68,536例減）、死亡2,054例（前月は2,306例： 252例減に転）が報告されている。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、梅毒、肺結核、COVID-19、および淋病（順位がかなり入れ替わったが病種は不変）で、B類伝染病報告総数の93.3%を占めていた。SARSやポリオ、ジフテリア、新生児破傷風及び住血吸虫症では発症・死亡例なし。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は927,859例（前月は453,662例、105例増）、死亡は0例（前月は2例で2例減に転）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、手足口病とその他感染性下痢症と（1位と2位が入れ替わる）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の99.0％を占めていた。
＊丙類の5番目にあった、「ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ」は従来H5N1のみでH5N6型は排除されていましたが、2025年4月30日に通過した『中華人民共和国感染症予防治療法（改訂版）』が、同法第115条の規定に基づき2025年9月1日より施行されたため、2025年9月分より、「ヒト感染新亜型インフルエンザ」として、第6番目に列され、従来27番目にあった「ヒト感染H7N9型鳥インフルエンザ」もここに組み込まれ、H3N8やH5N1,H5N、H7N4、H9N2、H10N3、H10N5、H10N8、ユーラシア鳥インフルエンザH1N1、および発見されたその他の新亜型のインフルエンザウイルス」も含めると定義が変わっていました。 H9N2型も含めるとのことですが、特に「トリ」に限定せずに季節性インフルエンザ以外は一緒くたに。。。。
＊＊丙類の第7番目にあった、「斑疹伤寒（発疹チフス）」から「流行性和地方性斑疹伤寒（流行性及び風土病性チフス）」に名前が変わっていました。これについて感染症の権威であるO先生から「中国政府が表記名を変更していても日本語は『発疹チフス』のままでよいのでは？とのご指摘を頂き、それに従うことにしました。

In Sept. 2025 (0:00 on Oct. 1, to 24:00 on Oct. 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 1,191,646 cases and 2,054 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, 3 cholera case and no deaths were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 263,784 cases and 2,054 deaths were reported. The top five diseases in terms of reported incidence are viral hepatitis, syphilis, tuberculosis, novel coronavirus infection and gonorrhea, accounting for 93.3% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases. No cases or deaths were reported for SARS, poliomyelitis, diphtheria, neonatal tetanus and schistosomiasis.
In the same period, there was no incidence and morbidity report of filariasis in Class C infectious diseases, and 927,859 cases and No (0) deaths were reported. The top three reported cases were influenza, Hand, foot and mouth disease and other infectious diarrhea diseases which accounts for 99.0% of the total number of reported cases of Class C infectious diseases.

2025年10月（10月1日0时至10月31日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病1191646例，死亡2054人。
甲类传染病共报告发病3例，为霍乱病例，无死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病263784例，死亡2054人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、新型冠状病毒感染和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93.3%。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉、新生儿破伤风和血吸虫病无发病、死亡报告。
