2025年11月 （11月1日00：00 ～ 11月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は5,399,589例（宮本注：前月は1,191,646例；4,157,943例増）、死者数は2,160例（前月は2,054例； 106例増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで1例が発症しているが死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症256,975例 （前月は263,784例： 56,809例減）、死亡2,154例（前月は2,054例： 100例増に転）が報告されている。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、梅毒、肺結核、COVID-19、および淋病（前月と同病種・同順位）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94.2%を占めていた。SARSやポリオ、ジフテリアでは発症・死亡例なし。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は5,142,613例（前月は927,859例、4,214,754例増）、死亡は6例（前月は0例で6例増に転）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、手足口病とその他感染性下痢症と（前月と同病種・同順位）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の99.8％を占めていた。
＊丙類の第7番目にあった、「斑疹伤寒（発疹チフス）」から「流行性和地方性斑疹伤寒（流行性及び風土病性チフス）」に名前が変わっていました。これについて感染症の権威であるO先生から「中国政府が表記名を変更していても日本語は『発疹チフス』のままでよいのでは？とのご指摘を頂き、それに従うことにしました。

In Nov. 2025 (0:00 on Nov. 1, to 24:00 on Nov. 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 5,399,589 cases and 2,160 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, 1 cholera case and no deaths were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 256,975 cases and 2,154 deaths were reported. The top five diseases in terms of reported incidence are viral hepatitis, syphilis, tuberculosis, novel coronavirus infection and gonorrhea, accounting for 94.2% of the total number of reported cases. No cases or deaths were reported for SARS, poliomyelitis, and diphtheria.
In the same period, there was no incidence and morbidity report of filariasis in Class C infectious diseases, and 5,142,613 cases and 6 deaths were reported. The top three reported cases were influenza, Hand, foot and mouth disease and other infectious diarrhea diseases which accounts for 99.0% of the total number of reported cases of Class C infectious diseases.

2025年11月（11月1日0时至11月30日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病5399589例，死亡2160人。
甲类传染病共报告发病1例，为霍乱病例，无死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病256975例，死亡2154人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、梅毒、肺结核、新型冠状病毒感染和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94.2%。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎和白喉无发病、死亡报告。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病5142613例，报告死亡6人。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感冒、手足口病和其他感染性腹泻病，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的99.8%。
