2025年12月 （12月1日00：00 ～ 12月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は7,236,052例（宮本注：前月は5,399,589例；1,836,463例増）、死者数は2,896例（前月は2,160例； 736例増）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では発症も死亡も0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症274,531例 （前月は256,975例： 17,556例増に転）、死亡2,882例（前月は2,154例： 728例増）が報告されている。
報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、COVID-19、および淋病（2位と3位が入れ替わる）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94.3%を占めていた。
SARSやポリオ、ジフテリア及び新生児破傷風では発症・死亡例なし。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は6,961,521例（前月は5,142,613例、1,818,908例増）、死亡は14例（前月は6例で8例増）であった。
発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、その他感染性下痢症と手足口病（2位と3位が入れ替わる）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の99.9％を占めていた。

In Dec. 2025 (0:00 on Dec. 1, to 24:00 on Dec. 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 7,236,052 cases and 2,890 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, no cases and no deaths were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 274,531 cases and 2,882 deaths were reported.
The top five diseases in terms of reported incidence are viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, COVID-19 and gonorrhea, accounting for 94.3% of the total number of reported cases.
No cases or deaths were reported for SARS, poliomyelitis, diphtheria and neonatal tetanus.
In the same period, there was no incidence and morbidity report of filariasis in Class C infectious diseases, and 6,961,521 cases and 14 deaths were reported. The top three reported cases were influenza, Hand, foot and mouth disease and other infectious diarrhea diseases which accounts for 99.9% of the total number of reported cases of Class C infectious diseases.

甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病274531例，死亡2882人。
报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、新型冠状病毒感染和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94.3%。
传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉和新生儿破伤风无发病、死亡报告。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病6961521例，报告死亡14人。
报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感冒、其他感染性腹泻病和手足口病，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的99.9%。
