2025年第37週（2025年9月8日～9月14日）、全国（香港、マカオ、台湾を除く）の定点病院から採取された外来および救急のインフルエンザ様疾患患者と重症急性呼吸器感染症による入院患者の呼吸器サンプルに対し、新型コロナウイルス、インフルエンザウイルス、RSウイルス（RSV）、アデノウイルス、ヒトメタニューモウイルス（hMPV）、パラインフルエンザウイルス（PIV）、通常のコロナウイルス、ボカウイルス（HBoV）、ライノウイルス（HRV）、エンテロウイルス（EV）の10種類及びマイコプラズマ肺炎（MPP）といった呼吸器病原体のウイルス検査を実施した。
1. モニタリング結果
第37週、全国定点（哨点）病院が報告したインフルエンザ様患者の救急外来受診者数の割合（インフルエンザ様患者の比率）は3.3％であった；哨点病院の救急外来のインフルエンザ様症例の呼吸器検体から陽性病率の上位三位の病原体は通常のコロナウイルス（11.4%）、COVID-19（6.8％）、HRV（6.3％）である；入院患者における重症急性呼吸器感染症の呼吸器検体から検出された陽性病率の上位三位の病原体はRSV（9.8％）、通常のコロナウイルス（7.4%）、とHRV（4.6％）である。
２. 分析と健康のためのヒント
全国の発熱外来の診療状況や定点（哨点）医院の救急外来におけるインフルエンザ様患者の診療状況や多くの病原体検査等のモニタリング結果を結合して分析すると、検出された病原体はすべて既知の一般的なものであり、未知の病原体やそれらが引き起こす新たな感染症は発見されていない。最近におけるCOVID-19の検査陽性率は総じて上下動を繰り返し下降の趨勢にある。RSV検査陽性率は上下動を繰り返し上昇しており、通常のコロナウイルス検査の陽性率は今週若干下降、（宮本注：RSVも通常のコロナウイルスの）いずれも南方各省の陽性率は北方各省のそれより高く、0～4歳の症例グループの陽性率は他の年齢層よりも高かった。HRVの検査陽性率は僅かに小幅に上下動しつつやや上昇した。インフルエンザウイルスおよびその他の監視対象呼吸器病原体の陽性率は概ね低いレベルにある。

In the week 37 of 2025 (September 8 – August 15, 2025), respiratory specimens from outpatient and emergency influenza-like cases and inpatient severe acute respiratory infection cases collected in sentinel hospitals across the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) were tested for novel coronavirus pneumonia, coronavirus, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, human metapneumovirus, parainfluenza virus, common coronavirus, bocavirus, rhinovirus and enterovirus, as well as a variety of respiratory viruses including Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pathogen detection.
1. Monitoring results
In the week 37, the proportion of influenza-like cases reported by sentinel hospitals nationwide to the total number of outpatient visits (percentage of influenza-like cases) was 3.3%; The top three pathogens with positive rates in respiratory samples of influenza-like cases in outpatient and emergency departments of sentinel hospitals were normal coronavirus (11.4%), COVID-19 (6.8%), HRV (6.3%); the top three pathogens with positive rates in respiratory samples of hospitalized severe acute respiratory infection cases were RSV (9.8%), normal coronavirus (7.4%), and HRV (4.6%).
2. Analysis and health tips
Combined with the diagnosis and treatment of fever clinics (examination rooms) nationwide, the treatment of influenza-like cases in sentinel hospitals, and the results of multi-pathogen testing, the results showed that all the detected pathogens were known common pathogens, and no unknown pathogens and their new infectious diseases were found. The positive rate of COVID-19 tests has generally shown a fluctuating downward trend recently. The positivity rate for RSV tests has been fluctuating upwards, the positive test rate for common coronavirus infections decreased slightly this week. In both cases, the positivity rate was higher in southern provinces than in northern provinces, and the 0-4 age group had a higher positivity rate than other age groups. The positivity rate for rhinovirus showed a slight upward trend. Overall, the positivity rates for influenza viruses and other monitored respiratory pathogens remained at low levels.

2025年第37周（2025年9月8日—9月14日），对全国哨点医院（不含港澳台）采集的门急诊流感样病例和住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例的呼吸道样本，开展新型冠状病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、人偏肺病毒、副流感病毒、普通冠状病毒、博卡病毒、鼻病毒和肠道病毒等10种病毒以及肺炎支原体在内的多种呼吸道病原体检测。
一、监测结果
第37周，全国哨点医院报告的流感样病例数占门急诊就诊总数的比例（流感样病例百分比）为3.3%；哨点医院门急诊流感样病例呼吸道样本检测阳性率前三位病原体为普通冠状病毒（11.4%）、新型冠状病毒（6.8%）、鼻病毒（6.3%）；住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例呼吸道样本检测阳性率前三位病原体为呼吸道合胞病毒（9.8%）、普通冠状病毒（7.4%）、鼻病毒（4.6%）。
二、分析及健康提示
结合全国发热门诊（诊室）诊疗情况、哨点医院门急诊流感样病例就诊情况、多病原检测等监测结果分析显示，检出均为已知常见病原体，没有发现未知病原体及其导致的新发传染病。近期新型冠状病毒检测阳性率总体呈波动下降趋势。呼吸道合胞病毒检测阳性率波动上升，普通冠状病毒检测阳性率本周略有下降，均为南方省份阳性率高于北方省份、0～4岁病例组高于其他年龄组。鼻病毒检测阳性率小幅波动上升。流感病毒和其他监测的呼吸道病原体阳性率总体处于低水平。
