2025年第28週（2025年7月7日～7月13日）、全国（香港、マカオ、台湾を除く）の定点病院から採取された外来および救急のインフルエンザ様疾患患者と重症急性呼吸器感染症による入院患者の呼吸器サンプルに対し、新型コロナウイルス、インフルエンザウイルス、RSウイルス（RSV）、アデノウイルス、ヒトメタニューモウイルス（hMPV）、パラインフルエンザウイルス（PIV）、通常のコロナウイルス、ボカウイルス、ライノウイルス（HRV）、エンテロウイルス（EV）の10種類及びマイコプラズマ肺炎（MPP）といった呼吸器病原体のウイルス検査を実施した。
1. モニタリング結果
第28週、全国定点（哨点）病院が報告したインフルエンザ様患者の救急外来受診者数の割合（インフルエンザ様患者の比率）は3.4％であった；哨点病院の救急外来のインフルエンザ様症例の呼吸器検体から陽性病率の上位三位の病原体はCOVID-19（13.4％）、EV（9.1％）とPIV（6.4％）である；入院患者における重症急性呼吸器感染症の呼吸器検体から検出された陽性病率の上位三位の病原体はCOVID-19（6.8％）、RSV（6.5％）、とHRV（5,2％）である。
２. 分析と健康のためのヒント
全国の発熱外来の診療状況や定点（哨点）医院の救急外来におけるインフルエンザ様患者の診療状況、多くの病原体検査等のモニタリング結果を結合して分析すると、検出された病原体はすべて既知の一般的なものであり、未知の病原体やそれらが引き起こす新たな感染症は発見されていない。COVID-19の検査陽性率は増減を繰り返しつつ下降しているが、今週は小幅にリバウンドしている。南方の省においては北方のそれより高い陽性率を示している；南方の省における腸病毒検査の陽性率は全体的に、北方各省のそれより高く、今週下降をし始めた。北方各省の検査陽性率は小幅に増加しており、0〜14歳の症例における検査陽性率は比較的高い；南方各省の呼吸器合胞体ウイルス検査陽性率は、最近穏やかに上昇の趨勢にあり、0〜4歳児の症例が集中している；ライノウイルス検出陽性率はプラットフォーム上で変動しているが、0～14歳の症例群の検査陽性率は比較的高く；PIVの検査陽性率は0〜4歳の症例グループにおいて、上下動しながら上昇している；インフルエンザウイルスおよびその他の監視対象呼吸器病原体の陽性率は概ね低いレベルにある。

一、监测结果
