2025年第29週（2025年7月14日～7月20日）、全国（香港、マカオ、台湾を除く）の定点病院から採取された外来および救急のインフルエンザ様疾患患者と重症急性呼吸器感染症による入院患者の呼吸器サンプルに対し、新型コロナウイルス、インフルエンザウイルス、RSウイルス（RSV）、アデノウイルス、ヒトメタニューモウイルス（hMPV）、パラインフルエンザウイルス（PIV）、通常のコロナウイルス、ボカウイルス、ライノウイルス（HRV）、エンテロウイルス（EV）の10種類及びマイコプラズマ肺炎（MPP）といった呼吸器病原体のウイルス検査を実施した。
1. モニタリング結果
第29週、全国定点（哨点）病院が報告したインフルエンザ様患者の救急外来受診者数の割合（インフルエンザ様患者の比率）は3.4％であった；哨点病院の救急外来のインフルエンザ様症例の呼吸器検体から陽性病率の上位三位の病原体はCOVID-19（14.0％）、EV（7.4％）とアデノウイルス（6.4％）である；入院患者における重症急性呼吸器感染症の呼吸器検体から検出された陽性病率の上位三位の病原体はRSV（5.5％）、COVID-19（5.1％）、とPIV（5,0％）である。
２. 分析と健康のためのヒント
全国の発熱外来の診療状況や定点（哨点）医院の救急外来におけるインフルエンザ様患者の診療状況や多くの病原体検査等のモニタリング結果を結合して分析すると、検出された病原体はすべて既知の一般的なものであり、未知の病原体やそれらが引き起こす新たな感染症は発見されていない。救急外来のインフルエンザ様症例におけるCOVID-19の検査陽性率は2週連続で小幅なリバウンドを呈しているが、南方の省においては北方のそれより高い陽性率を示している；南方の省における腸病毒（EV）の検査陽性率は総じて北方各省のそれより高く、2週連続で下降しており、0〜14歳の症例における検査陽性率が比較的高い；南方各省のRSV検査陽性率は、上昇の趨勢にあり、主として0〜4歳児の症例グループに集中している；パラインフルエンザウイルス（PIV）の検査陽性率は0〜4歳児の症例グループにおいて上下動をしている；ライノウイルス（HRV）の検査陽性率は下降の趨勢を呈している；インフルエンザウイルスおよびその他の監視対象呼吸器病原体の陽性率は概ね低いレベルにある。

Combined with the diagnosis and treatment of fever clinics (examination rooms) nationwide, the treatment of influenza-like cases in sentinel hospitals, and the results of multi-pathogen testing, the results showed that all the detected pathogens were known common pathogens, and no unknown pathogens and their new infectious diseases were found. 2025年第29周（2025年7月14日—7月20日），对全国哨点医院（不含港澳台）采集的门急诊流感样病例和住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例的呼吸道样本，开展新型冠状病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、人偏肺病毒、副流感病毒、普通冠状病毒、博卡病毒、鼻病毒和肠道病毒等10种病毒以及肺炎支原体在内的多种呼吸道病原体检测。。
一、监测结果
第29周，全国哨点医院报告的流感样病例数占门急诊就诊总数的比例（流感样病例百分比）为3.4%；哨点医院门急诊流感样病例呼吸道样本检测阳性率前三位病原体为新型冠状病毒（13.4%）、肠道病毒（9.1%）和副流感病毒（6.4%）；住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例呼吸道样本检测阳性率前三位病原体为新型冠状病毒（6.8%）、呼吸道合胞病毒（6.5%）和鼻病毒（5.2%）。
