疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（9月30日）、「先週（9月23日～29日）、新たにデング熱の本土症例4例（桃園市3例、宜蘭県1例）が報告されたが、うち、桃園市の3例は、2025年9月25日に発表された桃園市の症例と共通の曝露歴を有していたため、市中クラスター感染患者と見做される；宜蘭県の症例の感染源は依然調査中である」と発表した。
疾管署は「新たに確認された4症例は、男性3人と女性1人で、年齢は40代から50代、桃園市の3例は9月26日～27日の間に発症しており、うち2例は衛生単位による拡大検査により発見され、もう1例は不快症状から病院を受診した後に感染が確認された；宜蘭県の患者は9月17日に発症し、症状が緩解しなかったため、9月25日に病院を受診し入院した後、検体検査により、感染が確認された。衛生単位は、既に当該患者の自宅と職場周辺において、蚊密度調査と繁殖源除去活動を実施し、近隣住民の健康状態に関する監視を強化している。同時に、現地の医療機関に対し警戒を呼びかけており、疾管署は、国民に流行拡大防止のための公衆衛生対策への協力を強く要請する」と指摘している。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (September 30) that 4 new local cases of dengue fever cases were reported (3 in Taoyuan City and 1 in Yilan County) last week (September 23-29). Of these, the three cases in Taoyuan City are linked to a previously reported dengue fever case in Taoyuan City on September 25, indicating a potential community outbreak. The source of infection for the case in Yilan County is still under investigation.
The CDC stated that the four newly confirmed cases include 3 men and a woman, aged between their 40s and 50s. Three of the cases are from Taoyuan City, with onset dates ranging from September 26 to 27. Of these cases, two were identified through proactive testing by public health authorities, while the third case was confirmed after the individual sought medical attention due to symptoms and was subsequently tested; The patient in Yilan County first showed symptoms on September 17. Since the symptoms did not improve, the patient sought medical treatment and was hospitalized on September 25, where a test confirmed the infection. The public health authorities have conducted mosquito population surveys and carried out vector control measures, including eliminating mosquito breeding sites, in the areas surrounding the residence and workplace of the confirmed case. They have also strengthened health monitoring of nearby residents and requested local medical facilities to remain vigilant and report any suspicious cases. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(30)日表示，上週(9/23-9/29)新增4例本土登革熱病例(桃園市3例、宜蘭縣1例)，其中桃園市3例個案與今(2025)年9月25日公布之桃園市本土登革熱個案具共同暴露史，研判為一起社區群聚案件；宜蘭縣個案感染源待釐清。
疾管署指出，新增4例確診個案為3男1女，年齡介於40多歲至50多歲，桃園市3名個案發病日介於9月26日至9月27日，其中２名個案為衛生單位擴大採檢主動發現，另１名個案因出現不適症狀就醫通報後採檢確診；宜蘭縣個案發病日為9月17日，因症狀未緩解9月25日就醫收治住院後，採檢送驗確診。衛生單位已針對前揭個案居住地及工作地周圍環境進行病媒蚊密度調查及孳生源清除等防治工作，加強附近居民健康監測，同時請當地醫療院所提高通報警覺，疾管署亦呼籲民眾配合衛生單位防治措施，防範疫情擴散。
