過日、四川省は、『“十三五” 四川省結核予防治療計画』（以下：『防治計画』）を発布した。 『防治計画』によると、四川省は、診療費を管理し、保障レベルを引上げるが、各地は、肺結核（多剤耐性肺結核を含む）を基本医療保険外来特殊病支払の範囲に徐々に組み入れるようにしてゆかねばならない。
診療を規範化し 治療効果を向上させる
『防治計画』によると、四川省は、結核診療の規範化を進めるが、各級の定点医療機構においては、肺結核外来診察規範や臨床経路、結核予防治療活動規範など関連技術ガイドラインの要求に基づき、結核患者に規範的診療を実施し、固定用量配合錠（fixed-dose combination：FDC）の使用を強化してゆき、結核の治療やリハビリの中においては漢方薬を使用してゆく。 定点医療機構は、グリーンチャネル（優先通路）を構築し、患者の転院、速やかな診察をせねばならない。 患者の病状安定後は、末端医療機関に転送し、末端医療衛生機構の提供する健康管理サービスにより、患者が全プロセスでの規範化治療を受けられるよう確保せねばならない。 医療スタッフによる診療行為の規範化を強化し、定点医療機構の処方コメントや抗結核薬、補助用薬などの服用状況のトレース・管理制度を実行せねばならない。

近日，四川印发《“十三五”四川省结核病防治规划》（以下简称：《防治规划》）。根据《防治规划》，四川控制诊疗费用，提高保障水平，各地要因地制宜逐步将肺结核（包括耐多药肺结核）纳入基本医疗保险门诊特殊病种支付范围。
规范诊疗行为 增强治疗效果
根据《防治规划》，四川将实施结核病诊疗规范，各级定点医疗机构要根据肺结核门诊诊疗规范、临床路径和结核病防治工作规范等有关技术指南要求，对肺结核患者进行规范诊疗，加强固定剂量复合制剂的使用。在结核病治疗、康复中发挥中医药的作用。定点医疗机构要为患者的转诊建立绿色通道，及时安排就诊。患者病情稳定后要转回基层的，由基层医疗卫生机构提供健康管理服务，确保患者接受全程规范治疗。加强医务人员诊疗行为规范，落实定点医疗机构处方点评、抗结核药品使用、辅助用药等跟踪监控制度。
