内容要旨：天津市衛計委情報によると、3日、市が本年の医療改革重点活動の深化内容を確定した。
年内に、全市の契約家庭医カバー率を30％以上とし、重点グループのカバー率を60％以上とする；
規範化された双方向の照会メカニズム構築を通じ、40％の糖尿病や高血圧患者が末端で受診できるようにする；
公立病院は、漢方薬以外の薬の比率を30％に減少させ、（薬品費を含まない）医療費100元中の衛生消耗品費を20元以下に抑え、全市における医療費増加を9％以内に抑えこむ；
110の入院病種を病種により支払うよう推進し、着実に試行病種と医療衛生機構の範囲を拡大してゆく；
全市における二級以上の中医医院での『未病治療』科を設置してゆく；
老人施設内の医療衛生機構或いは医療衛生機構と契約しているサービスの比率を80％以上にする。

By the end of this year, the city’s family doctor contracted service coverage shall reach more than 30%, focused on population coverage shall be more than 60%;
Through the establishment of standardized two-way referral mechanism, achieve 40% of diabetes and high blood pressure patients can get treatment at primary hospital(s);
Public hospitals, except for traditional Chinese medicine, shall reduce the weight of medicine to 30%, by reducing the consumption of health materials expenditure in each medical income (excluding drug income) of RMB100 to less than RMB20, the increase of the city’s medical expenses should be controlled less than 9 %;
To promote the payment of 110 inpatient diseases by disease type, and gradually expand the scope of pilot diseases and medical and health institutions;
Grade II or Grade III hospitals and Chinese medical Hospitals in Tianjin city shall establish “presymptomatic disease treatment section”;
