本日（8月26日）、疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は「国内では先週（8月19日～25日）新たにデング熱の
本土症例4例が見つかったが、いずれも高雄市鼓山区の住民で、今年（2025年）初の本土社区におけるクラスター発生となり、全症例がデングウイルス2型に感染していた。衛生単位は、既に患者自宅や職場周辺で繁殖源の調査やその他関連予防制御措置を実施している；さらに輸入症例6例が報告されており、ベトナム及びフィリピンからの各2例およびミャンマー及びインドネシアからの各1例の輸入となった」と発表した。
疾管署の統計によると、今年8月25日時点では台湾におけるデング熱確診症例は計4例、いずれも高雄市在住の人だが重症化例や死亡例は報告されていない；また、輸入症例は合計146例報告されており、これは過去6年間同期の7～186例で二番目に多い数となっている。多くが東南アジア諸国からの輸入であり、インドネシアの49例が最多で、これにベトナムの30例、フィリピン、タイの各18例が次いでいる。デング熱は今年これまでに全世界で394万例以上の症例が発生、2,690例が死亡しているが、南北アメリカ大陸での流行が最も深刻であり、ブラジルやコロンビア、メキシコで感染者数が最も多くなっている； アジアでは、ベトナムやタイ、バングラデシュ、フィリピン、ラオス及び中国で流行が増加しているが、特にベトナムでは、本年年初から全ての省・市で感染例が報告されており、南部地域では昨年同期に比べ

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (Aug. 26) that there were 4 new confirmed cases of local dengue fever last week (8/19-8/25), all of whom lived in Gushan District, Kaohsiung City. This was the first local community cluster outbreak this year (2025), and all were infected with dengue virus type 2. Health authorities have conducted breeding source checks and other related prevention and control work around the homes and workplaces of the cases; there were also 6 new imported cases, from Vietnam and the Philippines (2 cases each), Myanmar and Indonesia (1 case each).
According to CDC statistics, as of August 25th this year, there have been a total of four confirmed cases of dengue fever in Taiwan, all of whom reside in Kaohsiung City. There have been no severe cases or deaths; Totally 146 imported cases have been reported, the second-highest number over the same period in the past 6 years (ranging from 7 to 186 cases). Most cases originated from Southeast Asian countries, with the highest number from Indonesia (49 cases), followed by Vietnam (30 cases), the Philippines, and Thailand (18 cases each). 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(26)日表示，上週(8/19-8/25)新增4例本土登革熱確定病例，均居住於高雄市鼓山區，為今(2025)年首起本土社區群聚疫情，均感染登革病毒第二型，衛生單位已針對個案住家及工作地周圍進行孳生源查核等相關防治工作；另新增6例境外移入，分別自越南及菲律賓(各2例)、緬甸及印尼(各1例)移入。
依據疾管署統計，國內今年截至8月25日累計4例本土登革熱確定病例，均居住於高雄市，無重症及死亡病例；另累計146例境外移入病例，為近6年同期次高(介於7-186例)，多自東南亞國家移入，以印尼(49例)為多，其次為越南(30例)、菲律賓及泰國(各18例)。全球登革熱疫情，今年迄今累計逾394萬例病例及2,690例死亡，以美洲疫情最為嚴峻，其中，巴西、哥倫比亞及墨西哥等國病例數為多；亞洲越南、泰國、孟加拉、菲律賓、寮國及中國疫情上升，尤其越南自今年初以來，所有省市均報告病例，南部地區病例數較去年同期
