疾病管制署（以下、疾管署）は本日（8月13日）、「国内で腸病毒から合併症を併発した重症の確診症例1例が新たに増えたが、患者は北部在住の生後10か月の男児で、今年（2024年）7月下旬に眠気や発熱などのため病院を受診し、当日ICUに入ったが入院中に肺水腫とショックの症状が現れ、治療後には症状が改善し既に退院し
ている。同患者は疾管署により検査され、コクサッキーウイルスA2に感染して、重篤な症状を合併したものと判断されたがこれは今年国内5例目の腸病毒の重症患者となる」と発表した。
病管制署の観測データによると、第32週（8月4日～8月10日）の外来救急受診者数は1万1381人回

The Department of Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) stated today (Aug. 13) that Taiwan added a newly confirmed case of enterovirus infection complicated by severe illness in the country. He is a 10-month-old boy in the north. He sought medical treatment in late July this year (2024) due to drowsiness, fever, etc., and was admitted to the intensive care unit that day. He was admitted to the intensive care unit during his hospitalization. There was pulmonary edema and shock. The patient’s symptoms improved after treatment and he has been discharged from the hospital. The case was inspected and determined by the CDC to be infected with Coxsackie virus A2 and complicated by severe illness. It was the fifth severe case of enterovirus in the country this year.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(13)日表示，國內新增1例腸病毒感染併發重症確定病例，為北部10個月大男嬰，於今(2024)年7月下旬因出現嗜睡、發燒等情形就醫，當日收住加護病房，住院中曾有肺水腫及休克情況，個案治療後症狀改善，目前已出院。個案經疾管署檢驗研判為感染克沙奇病毒A2併發重症，為全國今年第5例腸病毒重症個案。
依據疾管署監測資料顯示，第32週(8月4日至8月10日)門急診就診計11,381人次，較前一週(11,506人次)持
